Reviews for Michaels Arts & Crafts

Ratings_icons Can always find what I need for crafts

Whenever we are having a party I stop into Michaels to see what sort of craft I can have the little ones make. This place is reasonably priced with a great selection. Sometimes I walk in with an idea of a project and because of all the offerings in the store, my project normally morphes some way.

Ratings_icons I love it

I can always find what I am looking for at this store. I love home they have a variety of arts and crafts. I can have no idea what art project I want to do when i go in the store and come out with a bunch of projects to work on. The store also has great odds and ends to decorate your house with. And the prices are amazing. The only downfall about this store is that the service isn't that great.

Ratings_icons Michaels Arts & Crafts/Classes

Michaels has most anything you need in the form of supplies for about anything you can think of you want to make for the home deco area....and....they give very good classes at reasonable prices. The instructors I have seen are very knowledgable....but....the store needs to take the weather into consideration when they are putting people in classes where the sun is beating in and the heat is extremely uncomfortable. We asked about it but were told they were not allowed to turn the a/c on. After the second complaint the clerk told us it "might" not be working. When the supplies you should/could have and you are recommended to buy, total nearly or over a $100....they should make sure you are comfortable for the two hours you are there.

PROS: Good Instructors
CONS: Not very "student" friendly
