Cellular Phone Repair Center

I supposedly bought a brand new LG cell phone from the as I was told by the sales rep;funny thing happened when I got back to work and was accessing the menu everything was in Spanish. A brand new phone sold in the US comes with English as the default language>I worked for Cingular for over 3 years in customer service and I never once had a call regarding this. As the earlier person said it's a bad place;they lie and do anything to get a sale.

this shop can be a life saver if your not smart enough to get on-line and learn how to fix your cell yourself. However I'm not one of you unlucky ones. I have the know how and for a HTC touch (vogue) My cell is full touchscreen. It consists of 2 screens inside one being the touch responsive part and another being just an LCD for display only. Well my LCD is cracked and a new one only cost $42.95 on average. At it's most expensive price it can be $100 dollars and that includes some1 else making the repair. I told them i just needed the screen as i know how to make the fix myself. And they tried giving me so much jive talk i wanted to slap the sales rep through the phone.Iv done biz with these people 3 times and all 3 have been frustrating as hell. one time they sent a cell off and was to be fixed and returned 3 hours later...I waited 2 1/2 hrs after closing time in there shop 3 days b4 x-mas. I had a flight that next morning at 2am and was there til 10:30pm cause they lost or forgot my cell. i seen people walk in there during that waiting time and sale/trade prolly stolen touchscreen comps for store credit. trust me it was very obvious what was going on. mainly cause the gang member doing the trading had a pistol bulge in his front and I seen the grip. one of the reps was hitting on a female so hard that day she just asked for her phone back still not put together cause they just started a repair on it; and she left seriously pissed and almost broke there front glass door. After that last time i did biz with them I started researching the repairs myself because who else knows what goes on there or at any shops for that matter after seeing this one. And now since I only buy the pieces i need repaired and do the fix myself. And wow is it easy. i thought about buying monkeys and training them to fix cellphones. least they wont be trying to buy stolen shyt and hitting on customers. i see they have allot of good reviews. makes me wonder if they all took turns writing them there selves. You couldn't ask for better customer service! My Razr V9m was shipped back to me 2 days after the consultation call in perfect working order, and spotless! If you need a cell phone repaired look no further!

National Repair Center is the real deal!! They gave me a quote on fixing an lcd for my lg dare phone, the actual cost came out higher but they were able to work with me. Phone came back in 1 day after it was fixed! I would definitely use these guys again, I was blown away with the service, and they saved me from buying a new 400 dollar phone! Thanks alot repair center!

After one of my cats knocked my LG Scoop off my desk and cracked the screen I called Alltel to have them repair it. "We don't do that" is what they told me. They wanted me to buy another at retail cost of 225.00 I don't know who can afford that but i couldn't. So i shopped around and found people who would fix it at almost the cost of a brand new phone. Than I came across Cellular Phone Repair Center. I called and they said they would fix it no problem for 70.00 I couldn't believe it. I sent it in and i had it back the next week. It works great still to this day and i will be going there for all my cell phone repair needs. Thanks again guys your just the best.

They did a really good job and i wood recommend them to friends and family. they fixed my screen really fast...like 1 day and shipped it to my house the next...then i had problems with a button and they said a warranty or insurance covered that and all that came out of my pocket was shippin...it don't getting much better than that...I WILL DEFINITLY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN CAUSE THEY ARE HONEST AND FAST

When my phone broke I went to my local phone store for help. It held the last pictures of my mother alive and I could not access them. They could not help. "We don't fix phones anymore" they told me. I turned to the Internet and luckily found Cellular Phone Repair Center. After a brief call, I sent them the pieces of the phone and they called the second they received it. They were able to access my treasured pictures and offered me a choice of email or disc the very same day! Their service and concern for my satisfaction was amazing. The cost was more than reasonable and their consideration for my need outstanding. They are the real thing, a great deal, and a privilege to recommend.

I highly recommend this company for any phone repairs, I have had (2) two repaired and they have done as good as the factory. I always disposed of my old phones and just bought new ones but now I will use these guy's from now on.ThanksDon

I found Cellular Phone Repair Center using Google Search. I was looking to purchase 3-4 phones as I do not like signing up with Alltel for another two year commitment when it is time to get replacement phones when our old ones wear out. I purchased three refurbished phones in September. All three came looking like new with all components. When I took them to our local Alltel corporate store to connect them, my rep commented on the quality of the Motorola phones I had received from Cellular Repair. From the time I ordered these phones until I received them, was four days, not bad considering I live in North Dakota. In October, 1 phone started giving me trouble when out of my local area. I called Corey at Cellular Repair and he had another phone out to me in three days, no questions asked. The quality of service I received from Cellular Phone Repair is better than I get from my Alltel rep that has had my account for almost 7 years. My son had his phone for 3 months. The phone cost him 200.00 The insurance deductible was 125.00 so we did not take it. The screen was broken accidentally and the phone useless. Cellular phone repair was able to fix the screen for less than what the deductible would have been. When I called they were extremely professional and reassuring. I would definitely use them again if I needed to. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about my experience with this repair center. They were helpful, reasonable, and more than accomadating! They exceeded my expectations, by being quick, and very friendly. I would definetely reccommend them to anyone who needs a phone repaired.

I send them about 20-30 phones a month and they always fix for a reasonable amount. My customers are happy because their phones were saved and i am happy with adding the repair portion to my overall business.

I fell and damaged my cell phone and couldn't find a repair facility locally. All wanted a deposit when shipping was approved (That I would have to pay for) and no guarantee that it would be repaired or how long it would take!! I stumbled upon the cell phone repair center using a Google Search. When I read their ad it sounded almost too good to be true so I started to check their reviews and was pleasantly surprised. I Figured what did I have to lose, A phone that wont work? Well to make a long story short, It was a great experience!!!! The customer service was excellent as was their repair service. received my phone back in just a few days and it was like a new phone!!! Not only was it repaired but it actually worked BETTER than it did before I broke it.
I don't know how they do it for the price they charge but they have earned my repeat business and I am proud to give them the highest recommendation!!!

After getting a $25 estimate for drying my BlackJack after it got wet when I waded too deep on a frog gigging trip, I called around and found that mycellularrepair.com in Tulsa would do the job for $15, so I took the phone to them.
They dried it, but the backlight would come on when the phone went to sleep (the only problem the moisture seemed to cause). They then offered to "bake" the phone, but when I went to get it the next day, they had done nothing more, so I picked it up.
After the guys at Cellular Phone Repair Center spent 30 minutes cleaning the phone, it worked better, but still wasn't perfect. I left it overnight, and by morning, it was good as new after a $35 "thorough" cleaning. Highly recommended, honest, fast, and helpful!

We recently went in to fix the select button on our phone. They charged $10.00 to clean the phone and works great. I would recommend the place to anyone. They are very busy so plan on a wait. If you are a people watcher, it is very entertaining.

A week ago, I was driving and my phone fell into a cup of root beer. I pulled it out and I was devastated because I had just purchased a new Coldplay ringtone. I heard about this place from someone at a Cingular store so I went and they said it would be $25 for a Liquid Clean/Repair. I thought that sure beated $150 for a new Motorola V180. SO I came back the next day after dropping it off. And it worked PERFECTLY, after not even turning on! They replaced the battery,, and charged us 15 for the Liquid Cleaning and 20 for the battery. They were very helpful. I f I ever need to go back, I WILL!

They are offering a $5 coupon on their website.

PROS: They fix most problems while you are there
CONS: Can get very busy
