I've stayed here several times while in Chicago. Huge hotel, great service. I've been to a conference here twice and the ballrooms/meeting rooms are all beautiful. Really nice hotel rooms as well. Fabulous location right on the Mag Mile.

They definately have the best pool I have ever seen. It's like something from the 1920's. We always make a point to stay there around Christmas time to take in the lights and shopping then relax in the gorgeous rooms. Very friendly staff
