We went in on Sunday to look at a washer and dryer, and they talked us into a flat screen that was on sale. Both salespeople we dealt with were very friendly and genuine. The washer and dryer were delivered Tuesday, but that same day, the dryer stopped recieving power. One call had them sending a new one out the very next day. When they called in the morning to tell me my delivery time, and I let them know I wouldn't be home til after two, it just took a quick callback to let me know they worked it out and could deliver that day. Great customer service!!

We bought a very expensive appliance package from hhgregg,Smyrna store, Feb.,23, 2007.
Stove has never worked properly. Flames are coming from the oven and
it puts off fumes that fill our home.
Refrigerator quit after 26 days.
hhgregg refused to refund our money and offered to exchange the merchandise, but when we went to exchange the merchandise we were
given the run around for 3 days. Finally the manager told us that he would not exchange the stove or refrigerator.
We put this in dispute with our credit card company.
BEWARE: hhgregg has a 10 day policy on refunds, so beware when you purchase from them. Once they have your money you are out of luck.
We purchased an extended warranty, but when I called in for service
I was told that I would have to deal with the manufacturer direct, hhgregg
will not warranty until manufacturers warranty runs out.
This is BY FAR my worst experience with any store.
So here we are April 25, 2007 with no stove or refrigerator.
Hope you have better luck.

It wasn't great, it wasn't horrible. We bought our washing machine/dryer from here and the nicest thing about it was that the associates were not on commission. This was so different from all of the furniture stores we had been in for the two previous weeks straight. Bad thing: we paid for delivery of washing machine/dryer, they couldn't install it because it was too big, so they left the large machines there. We then went in-store and picked out a smaller set and that was delivered a few days later in exchange for the large set, with the same delivery fee as the first time (even though we are only about two miles away).
