Antique Mall of America

They literally have about 1-2 hours worth of viewing by just walking around at all the little booths setup in that place. I have personally found some very good treasures in that place that are in my home. They will also negotiate prices too.

This antique mall was formerly known as the Sampler Shops on Tropicana, but it has now moved to a much better location at the south end of the strip which has recently attracted some fine hotels and new buildings. They moved to the right place at the right time because here are no other businesses like this in that area and many of the previous dealers moved along with the business. This houses over 23,000 square feet of antiques. Quite often there are sales and there's something for everyone. At the old location there was a lovely tearoom and they say that they currently constructing phase 2 now and plan to open the tearoom in September of 2005. You can check on their web site to see if that actually happens. If it does, it will be a wonderful addition.

PROS: Great location.
CONS: Good prices
