Cox Cable has always been reliable, both for digital cable TV as well as high speed internet. Their rates are reasonable and their response time in case of an outage is admirable. If a piece of equipment fails, they will give you a new replacement. The digital cable is outstanding and the DVR features associated with it rival the TIVO and don't require additional subscriptions. If Cox fails to keep an appointment or comes late, you will receive credit on your bill. If you already have cable, you will get a discount on your internet connection. They are always changing and recently added a phone dialup for the customers who are computing from out of town. They provide all sorts of useful utilities for internet enjoyment, including spam blockers, pop up blockers, virus checkers, etc. The lines can be long at their store, but when you are at the front of the line you will be given full attention. You can pay your bill, obtain new service, get equipment. Their services make my life much more enjoyable.
PROS: Reliable, much variety in their equipment. Something for everyone.
CONS: Long waiting lines at office, long waits on telephone.
