This place is huge and beautiful. They have so many options that it really can be overwhelming, but the staff is so friendly and willing to help you through it.

This is a really nice and peaceful place. The staff is so wonderful, caring and helpful. They really make these hards so much easier to deal with for the family and friends that are left behind.

This is a large; no, humongous place in Richardson. It offers whatever your need may be for that final service for a loved one including the final resting place. So large is the acreage that I doubt we saw half of it. The grounds are well kept and it is truly a restful, quiet, calm place. Peaceful. Surprising, considering that you are in the midst of a metropolis. They have several buildings on site, including a flower shop and a quaint little chapel that was used for our purposes. The staff was pleasant. Made our experience a bit more bearable.

Unfortunately, we were recently at Restland for a member of our family. When we first arrived, I was a little taken back by the size of both the facility and cemetery. There are buildings everywhere and saying the cemetery is huge is an understatement. The service itself was held in a small chapel on the grounds of the cemetery out near the mausoleum. It was a beautiful little chapel that turned out to be a very perfect setting for the funeral. As we were walking in prior to the service, I stopped and talked to the staff who were waiting out front for us to arrive. They were friendly and very professional. Having been in the industry, I asked a few questions and they both seemed knowledgeable as well. The service was a preneed that had been purchased many years ago and it was honored and carried out as agreed to. Though, nobody wants to use such services, when the time comes, it's nice to know that Restland will do what they say and do so in a professional way.
