Ratings_icons The Proof is in My Baby!

When my son first started at Union Park Preschool (UPPS) he was in pull-ups and now he is getting ready to graduate from UPPS's VPK program. I am not sure if I'm teary eyed because my only baby is going off to kindergarten or if it's because he will no longer be at UPPS throughout the day.

This school is ran by the most loving and considerate team I have ever met! When we first found UPPS I had just moved my son from another local daycare that did not pay attention to the needs of their kids. I was so upset and discouraged that I was going to go back to being a stay-at-home mother. But, when I found Union Park Preschool my spirits were lifted. My son was learning (still in diapers), he was not even upset to leave me, when I dropped him to school because he was so well taken care of.

My son will be six in November '09 and has been attending this school before he turned one. This school is filled with interactive learning activities that expand my child's mind, which is very important to me not only because I am a mother, but also because I am a Language Arts Instructor at a local middle school. Along with academic knowledge my son also receives the same love and caring he would receive at home.

The team at this school has come to be like a second family to me and my son. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a child care "home" for their little one! You don't have to just take my word for it, check them out and see for yourself, I guarantee you will fall in love!

We had just moved to the Central Florida area from Maryland and I was going to have to leave my first born and only child at a daycare for the first time. Already having hesitations myself I did some previous research before moving and decided that I was going to send my child to an undisclosed daycare. Upon arrival at the day care, I noticed that the children who were staying there were not very well taken care of and I didnt feel comfortable leaving my child there. As a confirmation, my daughter slipped during her half day trial period before we left. My baby girl ran to me crying and we knew that we would have to find another day care for her to call her own. We searched and searched everywhere and at each place our daughter had the same reaction, she didnt want us to leave her there. This occurred time and time again until we finally went to visit Union Park Preschool. My daughter immediately became comfortable there and the tables were turned because she wanted to stay there, but we didnt want to leave her. I guess that we werent ready to leave her yet because we waited outside for a while and watched through the window as we saw our daughter becoming comfortable in her new day care home. Since then our daughter has gotten many benefits from attending Union Park Preschool such as learning to read and write at the age of four, teaching her Christian values and principals, and daily etiquette. Our experience at Union Park Preschool has been more than we can ever imagine. We did not only gain a great day care for our daughter but an extended family. We recommend Union Park Preschool to anyone who is looking for more than just a day care for their child, but also a place where your child will be safe and feel at home.

Ratings_icons Fears At Ease

When I thought about sending my child to school I was afraid because I felt no one could take better care of her than I. The first day I dropped her off I was nervous and worried because I didn't want her to cry. The teachers and staff immediately felt my fears and they allowed me to stick around to help my child get adjusted. As I sat there and observed the way the teacher interacts with other students I realized that although they treated each child differently according to their needs and level I could see that she loved and care for each one of those students. The care and attention they gave to each student demonstrated the great passion these teachers have in seeing each one of their students succeed.

Ratings_icons My lil one loves it here!!!

My daughter has been coming here for three years now and she absolutely loves it here. She has really blossomed this past year and Ms. Sadi is an asset in this place as a teacher. She is congenial and she interacts with the children very well. I am very picky on who and where my child goes but I do trust these people with her. She has never had a problem there and I really hate to see it when she has to leave this year and go into regular school. Ms. Coleen and Ms Arleen are so sweet and have helped me so much with my child. They did not leave anyone not in any event and the Christmas show I was so proud of all the children they did so well. There are sometimes my child never wants to go home and she gets so excited to go every morning and I am greatful to them.

My child has attended Union Park Pre School going on 3 years. When we searched for a day care, I was heart broken and did not find it easy to find a Day Care that I felt was acceptable. When We visited for the first time I loved the fact that all rooms are open and visitors could see all that was going on at all times. The teachers and Administration made this new environment a very easy transition for all parties. The teacher's all know every child's name and personality and are great. The prices are fantastic and they offer part time schedules which I utilized in the begining. I was so happy with the care, I enrolled my child full time. I can honestly say, I go to work everyday with no worries, knowing my child is in excellent hands, that kind of security is priceless.

My child attended this pre-school from the time she was year old, she is now five and getting ready for kindergarten. I love this place the teachers are caring, the curriculum is intense but has lots of room for fun learning. This school has never failed any inspections and the Director is always there to answer questions and talk to you. The cost is very reasonable. I would not think of sending my child anywhere else.
