I was so happy to hear my stylist Muniza would be moving to Alexander's salon. She is a great stylist with a wonderful personality who I have been going to for years. Alexanders is extremely fortunate to have her. When visitng for the first time I found everyone to be friendly and talented. I would highly recommend this salon!

When you first walk in the salon, you are treated like a very important client. From the receptionist to the stylist, everyone makes you feel welcome. Marissa is fantastic. She takes the time to listen to you and she asks questions so she gives you exactly what you want. She shows you how to style your hair after you leave the salon. I am very happy with my hair and the entire salon experience.

Debbie and her professional staff do consultations on your hair, tell you the problems and take it from there. Everyone works together well at the salon.

I love Angie's wax, I am an spoiled cougar and refuse to settle for less than excellent service, I have been a coustomer for a very prestigious spa for several years, I always felt that the staff was to snoody and never felt at home. At Alexander Hairdressing they don't make you feel like your doing them a favor by being a client. I love the Eyebrow / Eyelash Package, you feel like you are in heaven and look 20 years younger when Angie is finished. The services and staff is supper.

Marissa is my stylist. On my daughter's recommendation I scheduled an appt with her for a consult, then we procede with the treatment. Fantastic!!!! I've been 3 times since and my hair is getting better and better. The salon is high-end but very friendly, and professional. I used to go every two weeks with a lye-based relaxer on my hair someplace else but I finally figured out it was costing me more to go there than at Alexander Hairdressing. Plus I don't get split ends and breakage any more. Also my Eye lashes & eyebrows have never looked better thanks to Angie. Love Marissa, Angie and the salon.

Marissa is the best! i absolutely love love love my hair! i love my blond color and my new sassy haircut! i feel professional and groomed for my work and also feel sexy when i dress it up for evening - she took the time to show me different ways to style my new cut. The salon is so chic and everyone is so friendly and professional. This is the best salon in Orlando for sure - i felt like i was in a salon in Ny or Chicago where i used to live. I highly recommend Alexander Hairdressing to everyone - you wont be disappointed.

I recently went to Alexander Hairdressing and had a great experience. I needed to get my highlights re-done and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. I have blond hair but was not sure if I wanted to continue with my highlights during the winter or go a little bit darker. I had my appointment with Debbie and she had multiple suggestions and options for me. She ended up putting low lights in to complimate my color and overall I loved it! The cut was great as well as the color and everyone at the salon was very nice and fun to talk to! Angie finish it all off with shaping my eye brows and tinting my eye lashes. It was a great experience and I definitely recomend this salon to anybody in Orlando!

Wow..... Thats how i feel everytime i see Marissa. Not only is she amazing at color and cutting, but she's also an amazing person. What i mean is she really pays attention to me and she can tell if i have something personal going on. She always makes my hair look FABULOUS, she has gone above and beyond in regards to her customer service, and to top it off this girl is a real sweet heart...
She is the first stylist who has done my hair and it look so good that people actually have stopped me at the store, gas station, church, and even in the mall just to ask where i get my hair done because it looks soooo AWESOME!!!!!!
I highly recommend Marissa to everyone
I promise you'll love her too!!!

I'm very particular about who touches my hair. A cousin had recommended Sara for a quality haircut. I always would compliment her on her hair and I finally decieded to give her a try. I really appreciated the way you can voice your concerns and expectations when it comes to your own hair. It's good to have a stylist actually listen to your needs and not have them dictate their opions on what is the best look for you!! My little girls also love their haircuts. They were excited to tell me all the compliments that they had received from classmates & teachers about their new haircuts. Overall I was completely satisfied with the multiple services I received .......considereing I'm very particular! Wonderful atmosphere & great service!!!

Jessie is the BEST stylist I have ever had! She really takes time to figure out how to make you look your best for your style, hair type, and face shape. Angie is so good at waxing and shaping my eyelashes

Debbie is really the hairdresser i have ever had do my hair. She really listens to you and what is great is that she gives you her honest opinion and advice as to what looks best on you! i love my blonde hair and my haircut - i get compliments every day on my new look - i am very happy and will continue to be back and have already sent 5 of my friends and they ll feel the same! oh you also get treated like a queen - lunch, capuccinos, hot paraffin wax on your hands and a hand massage - WOW!!

Debbie has been doing my hair now for 4 yrs - i love my hair every time - always consistent and always current as to what is in style and what looks good on me. She will give you truthful, honest advice and will make you look and feel like a million dollars. I love my colour and cut! i would recommend everyone to go see Debbie the owner!! All her staff are well trained and very friendly! It is a very hip, chic and very clean salon!

I have gone to Alexander since it opened. It's a quaint salon in College Park with a New York attitude. Every time I leave I feel like a celebrity. It's hip and modern, but professional to the highest degree. I am always impressed with the strong attention to detail, seasonal promotions, and especially knowing that the stylist is actually listening to me. Debbie educates her clients in proper hair care and styling techniques. Not only can you get a great hair cut and color, you also leave knowing exactly how to recreate the same look at home. I recommend this salon to anybody looking for quality in their hair care.

I've been coming to this salon since I discovered it a year ago, and absolutely love it here! Stylists are very friendly and really do listen to what you want done. They also have EXCELLENT suggestions for style. Finally, they're great about fitting people in on short notice. I've tried a number of different hair salons in the Orlando / Winter Park area, and this is by far my favorite!

I started going to Alexander Hairdressing after Toni and Guy shut down. Debbie by far blows and of the stylists of Toni and Guy out of the water. There is no comparison. The staff is very friendly and knowlegable. This is my one splurge on myself and I enjoy it everytime. Even if I wait months between appointments my hair still looks great!

When I first started patronizing Alexander Hairdressing, my hair was in bad shape all around -- bad color, bad condition, bad cut. That was a little over a year ago and now, thanks to the wonderful Jessie, my hair is healthy, beautiful and has a great, easy to manage cut. The attentiont to detail and customer service/experience is outstanding. I highly recommend Alexander to anyone who is looking for a superior hairdressing experience.

So, I've tried a lot of salons in the area. I won't name names, but at more of the trendy spots I always end up with something 'different' or 'edgy', but never the haircut I asked for. I'm all about a classic haircut that looks cute, is easy to manage (but can also be dressed up), and gets complimented (I'm vain, ok?)

Marissa sat down with me and listened to my plans for my hair. Imagine that, a hair stylist that understands that you have to walk around with whatever they do to your head!

I have explained to every stylist I have ever seen that I have two hellish cowlicks where my hair meets my forehead. I have never, and I mean NEVER walked out of a salon with my fringe looking the way I like it, because stylists always ignore me and style my fringe without taking account of the cowlicks. So basically, I pay up to $100 for a haircut and feel like Cameron Diaz in 'Something About Mary' until I wash my hair.

Marissa is the first stylist to EVER listen and successfully navigate my hair. Not only that, but I have received no less than 15 compliments on how cute and flattering my hair is. As I said, I tend to bounce around to different salons due to service and ending up with something I simply didn't want. However, I already have another appointment lined up, and I absolutely recommend this salon. Not only did I get a very affordable style, but I didn't have to immediately go home and style my own hair. Awesome.

I just started going to this salon since my hairdresser moved there. The minute I stepped in, I felt comfortable and at home. Everyone is so nice there, and more importantly, extremely talented! I have never stepped out of this salon without being thrilled, nor have I ever seen someone there that does not look 100% gorgeous upon leaving. You must check Alexander Hairdressing out!!!

In my first appointment, Debbie proposed changing my "reddish" auburn hair to a "warm caramel". She suggested it was too short, and we could transition to a longer but more up to date short haircut. I was apprehensive, but I said let's go! Thank you Debbie, it's the best haircut and color I've ever had. A year later, I'm glad I took the advice of a stranger with great hair, that Alexander Hairdressing was the best in Orlando.

These women are extremely professional and make a fantastic team. I was used to going to salons where each stylist was hung up on getting his or her own client and not necessarily working as a team with the salon. Alexander Hairdressing is different AND best of all, they are educated and they educate the client. I have had so many compliments on color and cut ever since I began as a client there. I am definitely a walking billboard and that's the best advertising any company could hope for!

I suffered for years with inferior hair styling, coloring, and treatments. It didn't seem to matter if I paid a little or a lot. And then I discovered Alexanders Salon. My hair is perfectly styled to fit my face, the color suits my skin tone, and the texture is fabulous. All this and I get pampered too....head & neck massage, hand waxing, and the best cappuchino in town.

Debbie is very good. She lifted my base for the first time and made me feel very comfortable with the change. She explains everything as she does it and doens't leave any detail out. I am very picky and she is patient with that. She respects her clients and is an honest hairdresser. I am so fortunate to have found Debbie and you can tell she really loves what she does! met muniza from another salon and when she moved to alexander hairdressing, it became my hair's new home as well! it's in quaint edgewater drive, a short trip from downtown. has a spa feel and guests are treated to a free hand massage and hot towel - nice! but, the spa music in the morning needs an upgrade. i want to feel rejuvenated and energized while im getting a haircut, not sedated! it's called alexander "hairdressing" but plays relaxing spa music that's too relaxing. how about some real lounge music and make me feel like it's time for cocktails. after all, they have this huge-mongous picture frame of a martini drink!

overall, it's a great salon with great stylists. it could be intimidating for guys but everyone's friendly so no worries!

After moving from LA, I was having a very difficult time finding a salon to meet my standards for color and creative cuts. After trying a dozen salons in the Orlando area, I read the reviews on Alexander Hairdressing and decided to give this salon a whirl. During my initial meeting with Debbie, she took her time in asking me a lot of questions about my hair, previous cuts, and the over all look I was going for. She was confident in giving her opinion and ideas when I asked. I asked her to cut my very long red hair off and to take it back to a vibrant blonde. WOW!!! I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks-which is the feeling that I was used to having with my old salon in LA. What a relief to find her! My haircut was like artwork and I am once again getting compliments from random people on the streets...asking where I get my hair done. The color is vibrant and lasts months....it never dulls and when the cut grows out, it still has an amazing shape. I drive 1 1/2 hours in traffic to get my hair done now, but it is so worth the time and money to have it done right the first time!

Marisa corrected a *very* unfortunate home coloring incident for me - it took all day, but I came out looking gorgeous! The result is natural, beautiful and healthy.

The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and courteous, they even brought in lunch for me! From consultation to completion, the best salon experience I've ever had...hands down.

She is the owner and has trained her staff to have the same knowledge of the latest techniques and attention to detail as she does.
