GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Hunter Wrecker towed my car after an accident last week. The driver was very professional and very helpful during a bad situation. I would recommend Hunter's to anyone.
If the cops call them dont let them hook up to your car! They are very rude and try to lie and say you must use them. You do not have to use them after a wreck. He hooked up to our vehicle before we confirmed a price. His boss hung up on me. Worst customer service ever. They run their business illegally.
I discovered Hunters after my vehicle was stolen from my house last month. The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department located the stolen vehicle and had it taken to Hunters. Needless to say when I arrived, I wasn't too happy to be there, but the staff was polite and professional. They did charge me 100.00 to get my car, but hopefully I will get that back soon.

I recently had to have my car towed by Hunter's after it brokedown on the interstate on the way to work. The driver was quick to arrive and was very careful with loading my car. He made sure it was secure and delivered it to the dealership. He also dropped me off by my work so I didn't have to call a cab. I would recommend Hunter's to my friends and family.
The Charlotte Police officer called this service for me on Saturday after my vehicle broke down on the highway. The driver had an extremely rude and cold attitude he acted as if coming to tow our car was causing him a problem. I have never dealt with such an unfriendly person in all my life. I paid $85 for the service to have the car towed less than 2 miles, but I would be willing to pay twice that next time rather than ever deal with a person like him again.
