Texas Car Wash, Great Job!
Texas Car Wash is a great experience. I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly customer service. The owner is always on site and shares a real concern for total customer satisfaction, ( I had them apply a second coat on my tires w/o a complaint.) It's good to know people care about the value of service. Good deal, I highly recommend Texas Car Wash.

Have always had great and friendly service at Texas Car Wash. Oil changes are finished quickly, as well as the inspections...Just wish it was closer to my house!

I went in for a $30.00 car wash and left my truck to get washed the salesperson suggested a leather conditioner for as extra $40.00.When I picked my truck up the fenders and wheels were still filthy.Now about the leather conditioner.That's the biggest scam I have ever seen.They wiped my seats with a dirty rag.The manager told me there was nothing he could do about it.$70.00 out of my pocket and a dirty truck.Shame on you (Hank) the owner of Texas car wash.I do not recommend you take your car there.

I brought my car to Texas Car Wash on ELDridge for a car wash service this afternoon. I talked to the service maintenance person named Cris about which package I should get for my car. He recommended a $30 package which would include waxing outside and clean inside. In about 5 minutes, my car was ready. I was surprised that was the fast service. When I got my car, the inside still was dirty just like before I took it in for the wash. They said that the package I got does not include the inside cleaning. They then suggested for another $60 package which I agreed to do will do the job.. Again, in about 5 minutes, my car was ready. I looked at my car and the dirty mark inside was still the same. I got upset and called out the manager of the store and told him my situation. He finally agreed to have my car wash again and this time they cleaned the inside much careful including the carpets.
I think the whole deal was over-priced but the service was unreliable. I cautioned anyone for bringing their cars to this place for service. For me, this was the last time.

I took my vehicle in for a wash and damage occurred due to employee negligence/poor standards. The management was incompetent and the owner-who was on site would not even handle or speak to me to resolve the issue. The part was inexpensive and could of easily been replaced-fixing the problem. So I ask you, If they are not willing to fix a part on your car that costs very little, what makes you think that they would honor a major mess up. Don't waste your time with this car wash. Go to Copperfield or Bear Creek Car Wash. They are cheaper and have better customer service. I'm not alone in this issue. I talked to other friends about this treatment and they also feel the same about the service.

I will definitely come back here again! We got our car washed one day on the way somewhere and it was a great job, they had good employees who helped us and showed us exactly what to do. Along with oil changes, they also do touch ups and other services. The owner came out and talked to us while we were getting our car vacuumed and they did a great job on that as well. The prices were a little bit higher than our neighborhood car wash but they did a great job so I can't complain too much. All in all a great visit if you're in the area or just want a quality car wash.

This is a newer facility that features a Mobil 1 Quick Lube Express, a full car wash, a detail shop, a dent removal shop, and a barber shop-YES, a barber shop! Their pricing is middle of the road on oil changes and car washes but the oil change service is excellent. I took my new diesel pick-up there and they showed me the ins and outs of the engine while changing the oil. This was much appreciated as I've never owned a diesel before.

I will say that their air filter price was almost identical to what it costs at Wal-mart so that's a scorching deal. Most quick lubes charge a fortune for air filters.

My only complaint is that on one of my car washes, they didn't do a great job vacuuming as I still had pet hair in the vehicle. I should have taken it back because they have a clean car guarantee and I'm certain they would have done it over again free.

Lastly, I have to complement the owner. He has been present everytime I've gone there and he's always helping in all areas. Overall, it's a good place to go, especially to get high qualtiy Mobil 1 oil.
