Wendy's

on oct , 3, 09 me and my family went to wendy's around 9.45 pm and we order an pretty big order the young lady on front was so nice just as well as the manger that was there trainnin her, i must say i enjoy coming there and eating, even though dinner room close at 10 pm they did not rush use out , and then i was talking with the manger and rene and she explainned to me the young lady was in trainning for the first time , quote i said she did a great job , and i have to say i have never seen a team worked like they did last night , never in so many years, no matter what the manger was doing she was just talk to the crew and was moving so fast, i enjoyed coming there and i well be back, thats the kind of service i like to see and enjoy, my hate goes off to the crew and manger last night, thank you for the nice time at wendy's , tell the manager i said i hope she , around for a long time i real think she does a great job from what i seen last night , wow the wendys crew.

i went to wendy's last night , and they where fast about waiting on me, the only things was i wanted tomato's on my double stack and then meat well done, i call back up there and talked to the manger on duty , her name was rene and i told her are explained to here what happen , and she was ever open minded about handle what need to be done and she took my name down and even told me when i come back my order would be correct and and large frosty would be include, i have to say she handle this with a lot of care , and i would be back i really enjoy talking to her , she made my day , i have to say thank u rene u where great in handling this problem for me. i would love more respect like that when i have complaints about any thing.she is a wounderful person , thank you

i went to this Wendy's on mon the and the service that i got was very nice and respected, they greeted me and my family as we can though the door helped us with the trays. and seen if we need any thing else it was around one in the afternoon the manager's that was on duties was wonderful and nice and kind. this was a good day , i would return to this Wendy's, and also it was clean inside and out . after visiting the table to see if we where OK the manager asked did we need refills , and we said yes , they took the time to go get refills for me and my family . we really had a en-joyful day . i had to say thank you to all that where there and involved.and i did not wait long on the food they made sure all the food was fresh and hot and i liked that , great job

When I order food from Wendys I usually have to drive past the window to park and wait while they prepare my food. I end up waiting atleast 15 minutes. Thata not fast food.
