I recently purchased my first new car- 2015 Honda Fit LX from Crown Honda in Southpoint. I was daunted by the idea of going into a dealership, However, it was a no-hassle experience. Crown Honda of Southpoint recently fixed my car, and I was extremely pleased with the customer service. Honda provides a shuttle to pick you up from any location around the area, which was very convenient. Honda had efficient service, as the repair only took a few short days and needed to be checked my the master technician. It was a great experience at Honda, and I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Just took my 2013 Honda Civic Coupe for its FIRST checkup since I leased it October 2013. The oil was only at 30%, but I figured even though everything was running perfectly, surely a car ought to have a check up at least once a year......... Honda makes 'em too good. The service folks at Crown are top grade. This time I dealt with Matt King, and he couldn't have been nicer or more responsive to my needs. Great guy with great style - he makes getting your car serviced a very quick and painless procedure.

I bought my 2010 Honda Odyssey from Crown Honda about 6 months ago to pull my new Alto trailer. Noticed a bit of an annoying hum at highway speeds but figured that was just the sound Honda Odyssey's made. When one of my tire pressure indicators went out, I had it repaired in NY - and discovered I had snow tires on my car!

I called the dealer, spoke with Mike Leslie, and told him of my concerns. He told me to bring the car. He verified that my car had snow tires. And then he did the most amazing thing. He replaced all the tires with brand new Michelins. Of everything I thought he might do (nothing, discount on new tires, used tires, cheap tires) I never thought he would do this.

This was my second visit to Crown Honda for preventative maintenance on my vehicle. I'd like to start off by saying that I am quite the pessimist when it comes to dealerships. I've had rather lukewarm experiences (in regards to efficiency, consistency, dishonesty, etc) at other dealerships in the past. I was very impressed with my first visit. My service advisor was Michael Brosnick, who was extremely courteous and professional. It was because I had such a good experience with my first visit, that I returned for another visit for a 90K service on my vehicle. I corresponded with both Michael Brosnick and Kenneth Butron - for pricing quotes and to make sure that I wasn't doubling-up on any services that I didn't yet need. The service did not take but two hours, which is a lot more efficient than what I am used to. I am sure that the other service advisors are great as well, but Michael and Kenneth provided exemplary customer service that far exceeded anything in my past experience. I will definitely return to Crown Honda in the future; I wouldn't dream of leaving my car anywhere else.

I've owned a few Honda's in the past, and have spent a good amount of time in dealership service departments. I guess you could say I'm one of those really nit-picky costumers, because if there's a squeak, a groan, a rattle, or anything else, no matter how insignificant, I immediately go into the service department and get it diagnosed.

I drive a 2007 Civic Si and Crown Honda's service department is the only place I will ever take it. Their Service Advisor, Kenneth Butron, was the most helpful advisor I've ever had the privilege of meeting. I have a good fundamental working knowledge of cars, so I usually expect to be lied to about what is actually the problem - not so with Kenneth! He listened to my problem and had me out of the service dept. in under 30 minutes. I will return later this week to have the new parts put on my car. I didn't think service like that still existed!

If you have to do business with Crown Honda's Service Department, ask for Kenneth Butron. I'm sure all their Service Advisors are great, but he'll be the only I call if I ever have any more problems.

I love coming to this dealership for maintenance on my 2004 Honda Element...thay are always really fast and friendly, and charge fairly for their services. On a recent Saturday I brought my vehicle to get a checkup and oil changed, and they finished within 45 minutes when the wait should have been 2-3 hours. They are fantastic at this location; I purposefully drive from Greensboro to Chapel Hill to get service done in Durham because of how much faster they are--almost always under 1 hour, rather than 2-4 hours, as at the Greensboro location--and how friendly they are. I highly recommend this location!

When I bought my car here 5 years ago, it had an awesome service department. I've taken my car here for all maintenance and have noticed they've gone downhill over the years. The service is just OK now, nothing special. Fortunately, they have a shuttle to the mall, so you don't have to wait inside all day.

After refusing to honor the online coupon, the manager told us over the phone he would get the paperwork ready for us and to bring in a check to hold the car until we could get the financing striaght. An hour later, we leave work and show up at the dealership only to see that same manager in negotiations with someone else. Threw off the whole workday, and not even a phone call! Just an awful experience!

I have to get out the car and walk up to the desk! This happened twice! They also fail to give me my discount knowing my place of employment. They don't even really go over details of your car after work has been done. One of the shuttle guys acted as if he was being burden and asked me to wait for the next shuttle driver. They are sure to tell you what you need done thou to make you spend $$ without even looking at the car. I am getting very disappointed in them.

They are sure to tell you what you need done thou to make you spend $$ without even looking at the car. I am getting very disappointed in them.

Okay, disclaimer. Crown Honda of SOUTHPOINT is 10 million times better than its previous incarnation on 15-501 in Chapel Hill. That place was atrocious and I would NEVER have done business with them.

We did buy both of our current cars at Crown, about four years ago. The buying experience was actually fine and I don't think I would hesitate to buy from them again.

However, their service department is the pits. The final straw for me was when I brought my car in for a scheduled maintenance, they somehow scratched the roof of my car badly enough that they needed to repair it. Of course, they didn't tell me this when they called to tell me my car was ready. I thought I'd be making a short trip from work and back. As it turns out, they drove me all the way out to Chapel Hill to pick up a rental car (seriously, not to the airport?), then I had to drive all the way back to RTP to work. Instead of being out for half an hour, I was gone for over two and a half. The next day when I picked up my car, they still tried to charge me for the whole thing! I had to argue with the guy to get some $$ off of my service. They totally inconvenienced me, over two days, and I had to make a fuss to get a discount? Thats insane.

I only went back again under duress. I had started taking my car elsewhere (Wasp Automotive! 5 stars!!) for service. When my check engine light came on, Wasp read my computer for free and told me to take it to the dealer to get it fixed under warranty. Crown Honda of course charges you just to read the computer.

I will not go back to Crown for service, no way.

We recently bought two cars at Crown Honda in Durham and we had a positive experience both times. We really liked working with our salesperson, Mike Kramer who was helpful, informative, friendly and seemed more interested in helping us get the right car than making a quick sell. He is the internet sales specialist so you may have to go that route to work with him. It would be difficult to imagine that you would have a bad experience if Mike was your salesperson.
