the service is good, but i don't really like the management. I would recommend this place if you like getting a nice pedicure though! The chairs are really great. This is one of my favorite shops

I just recently moved near Nail Time and was looking for a place close to home to get my nails done. I first tried Nail Time on a Monday and the service was great. The next time I went it was on a Saturday and even though I was the 3rd person to arrive for service that morning and they had 4 people working the service was lousy. I felt like I was on an assembly line. Someone started my pedicure, left me to work on someone else, then I got another person who finished and then I had to wait for someone to give me a fill-in. This also took 2 people, because the shop was so crowded and they did not want to lose customers, they would seat people and start working on them and leave them to work on another customer.

When I moved across town, I tried several nail salons that were closer to me than Nail Time, but I was never quite pleased. While it is somethimes annoying that only a couple of employees speak English fluently, the quality of the work is superb. The attention given to manicure and pedicure services makes the trip worthwhile.
