I have had many massages from all over in my travels, but Stephanie and Michael both give a deep tissue massage that truely does wipe away the stress of my job and travel. If you like a little "feel good discomfort", as they put it, to

I really like this place. It is not as 'fancy' as some day spas, but I don't go here for the atmosphere, i go for the treatments. This is not to say that it's not a pleasant decor, but it doesn't have that sort of 'zen' appeal that you see at some day spas.

I have had swedish and deep tissue massages and have been completely satisfied with both. The owner/therapist that i go to regularly is extremely gifted at deep tissue and the facialist is better than some I've gone to at much higher priced spas/salons.

Great value, great services, easy location -- and I don't feel like I'm paying for things I don't need.

Looking for a place to learn how to do yoga? This IS your place. I got my wife a gift certificate for them when she wanted to get into yoga and she was so happy with the service and what she learned there. She has been going back time and time again for several years and have recommended tons of people to visit and they have never been disappointed. I would let everyone know about this place if I could and here I am!

PROS: Great service
CONS: None
