I took my Mazda CX-9 in for its first oil change today. World Car isn't where I bought the vehicle, but they were very courteous, and the job was done quickly and when I asked for them to protect my brand new leather seats, they did exactly that. Prior to taking the car in I had called them and had a list of set questions I wanted answered about service. World Car was much more informed and cooperative than my selling dealer. Other than the purchase, this has been my only experience with Mazda service, and I am happy to report that it was a good experience, and based on that simple transaction, I'll be using that dealership for the vehicle's service needs.
