My wife and I visited the dealer on a Sunday to buy a new Hyundai Sonata. I was toggling between the Accord and Hyundai and wanted to test drive and take a look at the OTD numbers Rick could give for the Sonata. Overall I think I got a good deal compared to the research I had done and that is the only reason for me to sign the papers. We worked the deal with Mr. Frank Scozzari, the worst Auto Sales consultant we have ever dealt with. Uncouth, impolite, uncultured, impatient, rude, and I can continue on. Mr. Scozzari had the audacity to shout at us for not moving fast, literally snatched the papers away from me and walked out. My wife is still cursing me for staying on and signing the deal. In hindsight I think I should have in fact walked out and gone across the street to Gwinnett Honda. Even beyond Mr. Scozzari the overall experience was disappointing from being welcomed, to the whole sales process, to post sales delivery of the car. As a Marketing and Sales consultant for a Big Four Consulting firm, I understand the importance of customer experience and patience when dealing with heavy purchases, especially a car which generally is an emotional one too. I will never ever set foot on Rick??s Satellite Blvd dealership and for those who will I recommend not dealing with Mr. Frank Scozzari. He is not worth your time and money. Extremely and truly disappointed!

We have both purchased many automobiles over the years and this is the first time that we are in agreement that this was actually a pleasurable experience and would recommend your establishment to others. In particular, Aron was a tremendous help. He was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to assist us. I was amazed at his all around knowledge down to he minute details of the Hyundai cars as well all other autos. He was a tremendous help in our decision making process and was very patient with us.

It is rare indeed to find this type of person that is so dedicated to his job and to making the customer feel comfortable and happy in their purchase. I would highly recommend any of my familily or friends to see Aron at Rick Case Auto Mall to purchase their car!

Monica and Mrs Chong have done it again. Monica greeted me at the door with a smile and I knew that she would take care of me as usual. When I came back, Mrs Chong checked me out with a smile, paperwork in order and quickly. I always have a smooth experience when these 2 pair up. They know my car needs and my personal needs as well. Traveling 42 miles one way to get my car serviced is worth the drive for the impecable service that I get. I wouldnt change a thing. Extemely satisfied repeat customer!!!!
