So there I was driving home from Publix when I ran over a poor under privileged member of the 99%. Unfortunately it's spiked hair deflated my expensive tires leaving me stranded on the side of the road. I thought that all was lost, and I would have to wait a grueling 2 hours on the sidewalk with this rabble squirming under my Rolls Royce for my husband to come put it out of it's misery and whisk me away to our expensive, and very exclusive in town bedazzled penthouse. Until I spied this store a block or so up ahead, it oozed opulence so I decided to take the risk of walking like a common peasant on the sidewalk to visit them. My driver slash personal body guard graciously helped me get there by carrying me in his arms, so that I wouldn't have to touch pavement reserved for the poor.

I can't speak for my husband, or our American Express Black credit card, but I'm overjoyed that I found such a wonderful little store in a part of town known for it's population of filthy middle class people. Walking into her place is like walking into a orgasmic fantasy world usually reserved only for one's dreams. The colors were so vibrant, the staff so divine, the selection awe inspiring.. I couldn't help but spend my daily allowance of 40,000 dollars in there. My only complaint is that they sell "costume" jewelry. I was flabbergasted to find out the pearls I was in the process of trying on were artificial! Costume jewelry is for the poor!

By the time my husband arrived I had forgotten all about the rabble we left on the side of the road, or my Rolls Royce. No matter we bought a Bentley to replace it the very next day.

I can't wait to make a special trip just to visit Mz Scarletts again! Just beware fellow women of opulence you may wish to consider taking a strong driver with you. Those gowns are oh so heavy, can you imagine trying to take 4 to the car on your own?

I work with a small non-profit that was hosting a party with a Falcons player's wife to make some little girls battling cancer feel like a princess for the day. Miz Scarletts was involved in our party in 2009 and I have to say that the staff that arrived at the hospital was on time, friendly, and easy to work with and made the girls feel very special. So it was a no-brainer for us to contact Miz Scarletts again this year. I emailed Susan and didn't get a response so after a couple of weeks I called her. She claimed she didn't get the email but after we spoke on the phone she was more than willing to be involved again in 2010. She asked me to email her all the details again, which I did immediately. I explained to her that Miz Scarletts would be promoted on all the press material and that the Falcons players?? wife would be plugging our sponsors on her weekly radio spot. I emailed her several times in the following weeks to confirm their involvement and all the details she needed for the day of the party. As the party was about to begin I received a call from our executive director who was in a panic because no one from Miz Scarletts had arrived. She called the store and was told by a new employee that Susan had left the country and had left without saying a word about this very important event. I also called the store and once again I got the employee who knew nothing of the event. I explained our situation and asked if we could send someone to pick up some dresses for the girls to put on for pictures. To the credit of the employee (I think it was her 4th day) she was very sincere in her apologies and called Susan in Paris to try to come up with a solution. The employee called me back to say that Susan had told her "too bad, she can't do anything about it and she had an emergency" and then quickly hung up on her employee. Our foundation will be fine, we are adults, but the lack of compassion she showed for the little girls who wanted to play dress up for a day and take their mind off of their cancer treatment for just a little bit is disgraceful to me. I think it speaks volumes of her character and I would NEVER want to support a business with ethics like hers. If you do a quick search about Susan and Miz Scarletts you quickly find that she has a reputation of saying one thing while doing another with complete disregard on how it affects the people she has made commitments too.

First - THE GOOD- This store has a wide variety of evening/prom dresses to choose from and they offer a lay-a-way service. Yes you can find some of her items a little cheaper on line but I personally like to try things on before I buy so I'll pay a little extra. Next - THE SO SO - Customer service can be inconsistant. Many of the store assistants do not speak english very well. Susan, the buyer, can be pleasant some days, and curt on others. The BAD- Alterartion delays. We paid for our dress and Susan told us it would be ready in thirty days. They had the dress one month for alterations. I came a couple of days early to see if it would be ready. It was not. I returned on the date they said it would be ready. Susan told me they were just finishing it up. We looked around and tried on more dresses. We were there a couple of hours when she admitted the dress had been opend up but was not ready and would not be ready for a couple more days. I live 45 minutes from the store and did not relish the idea of coming back again.
She did allow us to upgrade to a more expensive dress that did not have to be altered.

The bottome line, I would definitely buy a dress here because I have not seen such a variety under one roof. I would not allow them to alter a thing. Their timeline for having items finished on time is unreliable. While no one was outright rude to us, (well there was the one assistant who just dissappeard while helping us and never returned), You may not always rely on V.I.P. service. Happy Hunting......

i saw this place after eating at fogo de chao and i was blown away by their inventory. i went in looking for a ball gown and i was immediately greated by a wonderfully personable and knowledgable Kate. She picked out a dress i never thought i would wear and i tried it on and it was the dress of my dreams. Ya the store is a little odd with the whole bird cage but regarless these people know what they are doing. i put 200 dollars down on my dress and i came back a month later to pick it up and it was perfect. i bring all my friends here for prom and everything. Kate knows what she is doing. highly recomend it.

RUN AWAY! Do not go here unless you just are a total glutton for punishment. 1. They don't have real dressing rooms - unless you consider a plank of wood a "real" dressing room. But don't be thrown: the attendants will stand there with you butt naked with all of the other customers there to watch. 2. If you're on any sort of budget, they will gladly listen to the number you give them, and then tell you why you need to spend more with them. 3. While it is kind that she employs disgruntled immigrants, it isn't a very welcoming atmosphere when the employees act like you are an inconvenience.

This is a 0 Star rating - unfortunately my computer won't let me choose less than 4 stars.

My daughter had a Sherri Hill 2109 dress picked out to wear to a special dance on Dec 5. She'd savedd up money for the dress and just last week, i go to order it off the internet, not realizing that no one had the dress in stock. I called Sherri Hill mfg and they said completely out of dress until Feb, except for the color black. (we wanted the off white style) I called all the Sherri hill retailers in SC and NC who were completely out. I started calling Ga Retailers. This was last Tuesday. I called Miz Scarletts and spoke with "Susan". I told her how desperate I was and worried because everyone was out of this dress in the color i needed, even Sherri Hill. She told me not to worry that she had the dress. I kept asking, are you sure, are you sure? She said yes and that she was looking right at it as we spoke. I kept repeating the size and color because I just couldn't believe it. She said Yes, Sherri Hill 2109, Size 8, offwhilte.!! I was elated and placed the order right away and requested that I get it asap because it would need to be altered. Two days later, no dress. I called on Friday, and she said that it had gone out that afternoon and that I'd have it the next day. Sat, no dress, Mon, no dress. I called Mon afternoon and spoke with foreign accent lady who said Susan was out of state. She called Susan to find out that the dress "must've gotten lost in mail", but yet they could not provide me with a tracking number. What happened here was Susan lied to me thinking that she could make a sale by getting this dress from Sherri Hill, after I'd already explained to her that they were out. I guess she thought she knew more than I did. Then she figured she'd weasel her way out of this by saying it "got lost". Sad part is, by the time I find out what's really going on, it's too late to search other places for this dress, have time to receive it, and get it altered for the dance due to the Thanksgiving holidays, and the dance being next week.. They really put us in a bind. I'm sure she does this to other people too. I just don't know how people like this can even sleep peacefully at night..Foreign accent lady also said my cc would be credited but I see online that it hasn't been, as of yet. Anyway, please be careful if you do any kind of business with this woman.
