DON'T TAN HERE!!!! What a rip off this place is!! DON'T TAN HERE!!!!

Their posted hours don't mean a thing. They show up and open whenever they feel like it, but never tell you that when you're signing up. Bill also stated contract is month to month, but it's really a 12-month and they will penalize you if you try to cancel after you figure out their game. BAIT and SWITCH!! Bill is a liar and hides behind wife Joni. Ask him a question and he will fumble through some nonsense answer not to mention a creeper...60-year old guy running a tanning salon...I'm sure there are cameras inside watching us tan too...eww!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAN ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

The worst experience in something that should be actually be a pleasant one. Bill uses misleading business practices to get you signed up by not explaining the contract clearly? And then you can never get out of this contract ?? not even after it??s finished. Very unpleasant person? To freeze membership is a HUGE deal. He will make you come in and sign the papers ?? while other salons take a scanned copy sent via email or fax copy. Then he??ll be wasting your time asking why do you need to freeze it and will try to not let you freeze it for the hole month, but rather for a couple of weeks ?? complete BS!!!!!!!!!! He lies and blames everything on the ??CORPORATE? even though each salon is privately owned and owners can make their own decisions.

This is the most unethical business in town. Even after completing my contract they continue to charge my credit card. They will not allow you to cancel unless you make an appointment and meet with them in person. Sent a certified letter and they refused it. Trying everything to cancel but can't! NEVER AGREE TO A CONTRACT THERE!!!

Even after completing my 2 year membership, and providing written notice of cancellation, this company refuses to stop billing my credit card. They say I must come in to "discuss my options". What options! I want to cancel and they won't let me. Their contract is unconsionable - who else requires a personal visit to cancel? This guy is weird. I hardly ever used this particular salon (used another location) so I didn't have to deal with him. BEWARE - DO NOT LET THEM AUTOBILL YOUR CREDIT CARD. YOU WILL BE SORRY!
