C1 is best bowl of pho I ever had. The noodles, broth and fresh vegetables ome together to create wonderful flavors with great texture and aroma. I like to order one to go and bring it work for lunch. Everyone in break room inquires as I warm my pho. This is really good flavored food and kids find it fun to eat.

What a great lunch! I loved this place. A co-worker took me here for lunch today and it was amazing. Everything is made fresh and tastes great. It is very small in there so come early to avoid waiting in line!

I love the food at What the Pho. It's always fresh and really well prepared. The smoothies are also great. And the prices are really reasonable. It is a small restaurant, and is always really crowded, so it feels a bit cramped and noisy. So, not the best choice for a quiet romantic dinner. But if you want good Vietnamese food for good prices, What the Pho is a great choice.

I am Vietnamese. I love eating at this restaurant because the food they serve is authentic and very tasty.
I especially like "Banh trang cuon thit nuong" which is made with grilled pork and served in a rice cake wrapper with spicy fish sauce. I often go there with my friends to eat lunch. It's a great value. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for good Vietnamese cuisine at the right price.

Pros: Good service

Cons: Friday lunch can be very busy

The food is amazing! I love the selection at What The Pho, as they seem to have more choices that typical vietnamese places. The service is good. The only con would be the atmosphere. It is quite loud, so it is difficult to have a peaceful meal there, but the food is so good, you might not notice.

Took my nieces there for the first time (they never had Vietnamese food). They loved it. The food is not "gummy or gooey". Getting teenagers to eat healthy food is particularly difficult but they truly enjoyed it and want to go back. Service was great!

Pros: Price, Service

Cons: none

The staff greet you at the door and your water glass is never empty, ( which is very important for us Westerners) the egg rolls are fantastic, the Pho served with lime, fresh bean sprouts, sliced jalape?o peppers, and Basil. The sauces were plentiful and the price very reasonable. Today will be my fourth trip back too this particular spot for lunch.

Pros: First rate...Clean as a whistle...

Cons: to far to walk too.

I am so lucky to work close to this wonderful restaurant. I've been to this restaurant at least 10 times. The interior is modern and ultra clean. The dishes are prepared with the freshest ingredients and I've never been disappointed. What the Pho offers incredible value as you can easily get a to-go box when your order arrive, whether it is Pho or another dish. You can easily have lunch and a full dinner later on. My favorites include the brisket Pho which comes with an incredible array fresh herbs and sauces on the side. I also love their fresh basil rolls with shrimp as an appetizer. I also love the Mao Xio Mem which offers fresh shrimp, chicken, pork, beef, and lovely fresh herbs like basil on wonderfully flavored noodles. Unlike many Chinese restaurants (which I also enjoy), the food at What the Pho is fresh, healthy, and non-oily. I've been to this restaurant with fellow Americanfriends, Korean friends, and Indian friends..and they all find dishes that they love...vegetarians and meat eaters alike.

1) no alcohol
2) Nasty Soup, tasted like Stinky cabbage, horrible horrible smell, soup is served w/ everything.
3) Something in food made me sick all night long
4) I specifically asked was the duck boneless and was told "yes"...I asked 3 different wait staff and was told the duck had no bones. LIES ! The duck was full of bones, chopped bones, had to be careful what I was eating.
My son ate the vegatarian meal and would give it a 3 or 4, but due to my dining experience, I give it a 1 cause I am the one writing this. I HATED this place and would NOT go back.
Try Saigon Cafe, much better.
