The new store is HUGE and stocked full. They now have a wine tasting area with 3 featured wines to try. Sign up for their newsletter to get the inside scoop on monthly and weekly specials. These folks know their stuff and it shows. They are always friendly, the store is clean and well-stocked. You don't have to be a wine snob to shop here.

A great selection of wines, particularly reds and no snobs here, thank goodness. The staff is eager to make suggestions and doesn't push the trendiest or most expensive varietals. Several years ago, the owner introduced me to Glass Mountain, a small California winery that produces fabulous Merlots and Cabernets in the $12 to $18 range.

Every Wednesday is wine day (15 percent discount) and there are weekly specials on beer and hard alcohol as well. Just a great gem in West Little Rock.
