I suggest you talk to your insurance company before going to Nanston to find out exactly how much your treatment will cost you. They have over billed me twice. They quote charges that are more than the actual cost. I tried several times to make an appointment and get some questions asked and no one returns your call. I tried to get my billing straight and they put you on hold forever. It's like pulling teeth to get service at this place. I call the number listed on this site to talk to Kate and I am put on hold forever!!! If you can find another dental service I would if I were you, the BILLING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

We visited this group referred by a friend. They told my wife that the insurance will cover deep cleaning. Several weeks later, they send us a bill in mail for 265 bucks. I tried to call several times, they always put on hold for a long time, then they would say, we will review the problem and get back to you. In a few weeks, I received 3 similar bills. I called my insurance and they said that it was the Dental Group's fault that they did not let me know the this type of cleaning was not covered.
The billing person admitted that it was a fault on their side, but refused to reduce the bill by one cent.
When I went back to read reviews on the internet, I discovered that I was not the only one who had a problem with this same dental group.
If you want professional dental care, and not just people finding ways to steal your money, don't make my mistake, find another dental group.

Our family has used them for 4 years. The kids just love Ms. Sarah. The admin staff runs the business very well and the dental team does a good job. After spending 10 years looking for a good dentist, I'm staying with them.

I received a demand letter... for $6. The letter states that they would not provide any care, except for emergencies, until the account was current. Their billing office told me that the $6 balance on my account is due to an ongoing dispute between Nanston and Blue Cross about what the appropriate contract rate is. The balance stems from a visit from March 2007!!! They haven't resolved this issue after a year and refuse to give up on getting their $6 and have resorted to denying basic dental care to a child for the sake of their $6.
Go somewhere else...find someone that thinks providing good dental care is worth more than $6.

I totally agree with Aem D. Everytime my family and I go to Nanston Dental, we end up with a bill later on. I ask them up front what I need to pay, and they say they can't verify the fees with my insurance company. My insurance company (Delta Dental) said that Nanston should have a fee schedule, but Nanston said they didn't have it. The dentists and the services were good but the billing STINKS!! I think they're just trying to rip people off.
