For several years I have been having my hair cut at this location. My sister drives, each month, to this salon from N.C. for her hair care --- color, high lights, etc.. I know others who have, and could, go to the "high end" salons, but are regulars at this salon. Some people may have dissatisfied experiences and some people are impossible to satisfy. But I understand that the stylists who did the 7 hour, $202 "Ship Wreck", has moved to a "really HIGH END" salon.
Well as a stylist, I must say the person who said she only had $1 for haircut should have been booter out of the store...what audacity to only want to pay $1 and she HAD $20....we dont need clients like you.....sorry that does not make that Fantastic Sams a bad salon....go and cut your own hair please
I got a haircut. I stated I only had 1 $1 bill. I paid $20 for the haircut and the lady did not give me my change - just yelled "Thank you!" for the assumed $5 tip! I intended to give her $3 for the $15 haircut. I told my 12 year old granddaughter and she said "Ill manners." Welcome to Ga...
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! The so called hairdresser did NOT give me what I asked for. In fact I walked out looking like an autumn leaf that fell on the ground. Imagine that! She messed my hair up big time and when I told her that is not what I asked for she started stomping around, throwing towels and ignored me while I sat in the back waiting. She cleared out the entire salon servicing others while I waited upset watching her. My service started at 1:00 and ended at 8:00, a whole day wasted just to walk out very unsatisfied! She even charged me ($202.00) for her mess up and told me it was my fault that she gave me what I asked for. I didn??t ask for ORANGE, BLACK, AND MARROON hair!!! I asked for a medium brown, blonde and just a few red touches. If you want to be told ??Your lucky I??m not a B*tch b/c I could fry your hair off?? then go here. If you wanted to be treated not tricked, then please spend your time and money at a real salon!!! 92 Woostock Rd
Don't go here! I called yesterday to make an appointment for 3:00 with Lydia. She said fine, but was hesitant. I OFFERED to come in later and she said " No,3:00 is fine. I get there at 3:00, sign in, sit down and wait for her to finish with her customer. When she finished, she took another lady that was there. She proceeded to take about 30 minutes with her and when she is checking out, Lydia says to her, "Are you Melissa?" She said no. I then knew that the whole time Lydia thought that the lady was me! She didn't even bother to check her book before she started on the lady! She then went back to a her other customer who was getting a perm and didn't even acknowledge me! I went to her and let her know that I had been her 3:00 appointment. She said she was sorry,hadn't even looked at the schedule (no kidding) but had to finish this perm. By now it was 3:45 and I was steaming. I asked if I could get a free visit because of her screw up and she gave me a card with 10% or $3.00 off.I don't think so!!! By the way, this was the second time in a year that she did this to me,not checking her book and taking someone before me. You would have thought I would have learned my lesson, but she did a good job, so I gave her the benefit last time. I told her I was most mad about her insisting that 3:00 was fine, when I could have come later. Please don't go there. You will waste your time! I am telling everyone about my experience with Lydia!
