Male Michele - Physicians' Center Pa

I went for a follow up on the weight loss program. They called me and put me in a room. I waited for 1hour and 30min. The staff are rude and the doctor takes for ever to see you. I left after waiting for 2 hours!!! I will never go to that doctor's office again!!

They are way to busy and very understaffed and unorganized.i don't recommend this place to anyone. There are far to many other options that will keep you a lot happier and a lot healthier.These people feel that they are above their patients and it is all about money, .

I brought my 5 year old in for a check up, and waited in the exam room for an hour before I had to go ask the front desk what the delay was. They had forgotten that we were even there, and several nurses were asking where the doctor was. I heard several "I dont Know's" between the nursing staff. Finally a nurse came in to begin my daughters check up and I was told the doctor would be right in. Half an hour later I got frustrated from the wait, not to mention the fact that my daughter was very restless and I decided to leave, and find medical care for my family else where. I absolutely do not recommend this facility for anyone, especially those with children!
