Bond Clinic business practices are the worst I've ever experienced. My mother's primary care physican kicked both my mother and father out of the clinic because my dad voiced his concerns about their poor comunications with him while she was in surgery - different doctor and NOW they're charging him for a missed appointment fee after they kicked them out and after she passed away. We did notify them that she had passed away. Also they didn't post payments that my mother made at office visits to her account.

In 2010 I went to see Dr. Willard, a Cardiologist at Bond Clinic. I had been there on prior occasions with my wife. On all visits with the doctor I found him to obviously have no interest to questions we had concerning our welfare. I found him to be just the opposite and very quick to talk down to us. His office mannerisms leave a lot to be desired. The attitude toward his staff was abrupt and unfriendly. This last visit I should have walked out of his office because of the way he spoke to me.
I called Bond Clinic and subsequently wrote a letter to them about how this doctor treats his patients. Shortly after sending the letter I received a "registered" letter in the mail advising me that Dr. Willard would no longer have me as a patient, but also included my wife as no longer a patient of his. We were also advised that we could make no appointments with any other Cardiologist at Bond Clinic.
After receiving this registered letter I had a talk with a close friend about our experience. She advised me she had taken her parents to this same doctor at Bond Clinic and agreed with me about his office demeanor.
I went to Bond Clinic to ask if the doctors did in fact have ownership in the clinic and I was not surprised to find out they did in fact own the clinic. It is useless to make a complaint to the clinic and good luck to you if you have to go there.

The Clinic never follows through with any medical procedure. The medical setup is great but it isn't managed very well. My insurance doesn't require me to get referrals from a Primary for any treatment. But in this setup you will need a referral from your Primary and that could take a while. Beware! Recommend you get a copy of your medical records to make sure that what was stated during your Doctors appointment was documented correctly.

My husband & I have been attending Bond for the past 7 years since we moved from up north. I have to say, healthcare down here is a bit different then up north. As most people who work, I had a hard time requesting time off for Dr.s appt.s so I would have to resched. The first doctor dropped me as patient due to this right when my perscriptions were due to be filled. Nice timing! Now the second doctor I have here continuelly talks down to me. He seems to be always rushed and not interested in listening to my symptoms. He will not address more then one issue at an appt. I have to make seperate appts. When I try to explain my symptoms he gets frustrated and cuts me off. He will not treat me unless I get ck'd up every 6 mos. In this economy it is difficult to have to pay un-necessary co-pays and deductables. What ever happened to only seeing the doctor if you are sick? Now I understand a once a year physical, but is it really necessary to have to do a whole bunch of testing if I am not experiencing any medical issues? And what ever happened to getting refills on our perscriptions? Now I have to go in for a appt. each refill and pay all the fees associated with the visit. Up north I would get 6month refills. I am certain it is this way with most the clinics down here, but it is just frustrating as I feel the system is taking advantage of people by holding their perscription refills hostage. To the doctors who work at Bond Clinic, we are not the fault of you being over worked, we are the people who pay you. Treat your patients better. Direct your anger and frustration to the correct people, not your patients.

Horriible business practices, doctors and staff. Bond Clinic in my opinion and my families is that we would not take our dog there to be treated. What ever happened to a doctor getting a degree from a college that you have heard of? Very few of the doctors there have such a degree. The primary care doctor was not hands on, spent less than 5 minutes in the room and did not care about anything you had to say. He is the only primary care doctor at the Verizon Bldg. So you can narrow it down. Also check rate my md web site. You will get the true information.

This clinic IS all about money. Look at there web site. Instead of directions to their satellite offices, they talk about HOW TO PAY US. Doctors are terrible, and totally believe in BULLYING you. You will be treated like a baby. Doctors are offended if you ask them to repeat any instructions. Most of their doctors speak very poor english. You may wait days while they, check to see if your insurance will pay for any procedure, including x-rays or MRI's. If your condition worsens thatwill only tell you to go to an ER. NOTHING happens until insurance says its OK. I been treated all over the US, but have NEVER run across anything like this place. Only plus I see, is that they do have Lab, Xray.Mri, on site. Even if you THINK they care about you, you will find out quickly, they don't. Medical in in Florida is BIG money, and I believe that's the only reason this clinic has not been shut down. I've made complaints on many occassions, wth ZERO results. GOOD LUCK

My husband has cancer and we make many trips to Bond Clinic. I would like to thank everyone from the people that assisted us helping us from the car to the lab or office. The office staff is very helpful and patient with us and have made a very upsetting and sad situation easier to live with when you know what to expect. Thank you to all the people who have helped us. Great doctors also.

PROS: People that assist you and very friendly.

I recently accompanied my grandmother to a visit at Dr. Giustis office located at Bond Clinic. From the moment we got out of the car we were taken care of. The patient services attendant, Roy, helped my grandmother out of the car and into a wheel chair right when we pulled up. He wheeled her into the registration area where the lady explained that she needed to update some insurance information. I'd already sent the information over but she apologized and said it would only take a moment to update her system. We then went to Dr. Giusti's office where, although we had to wait a few minutes, continued to get excellent care. Dr. Giusti is a very caring man and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this clinic and Roy should get a raise.

PROS: great service

Bond Clinic is a wonderful establishment with many highly skilled, highly trained physicians. It is an efficient organization that really cares for it's patients. My family has utilized this Clinic for the past 60+ years and will continue to do so for many years to come. Bond Clinic is the best multi-specialty health care facility in Central Florida.

PROS: Excellent multi-speciality physicians in one central office location.

This is one of the worse large doctors clinic's around. They pass you from doctor to doctor just to get more money from you and your ins if you have it. I've used them in the past but never again. Staff was rude, parking was impossible, just getting an appt was next to impossible. I'd be dead if I waited for an appt.

This is not one of the better clinics in this area. Too many Doctor offices crammed in small spaces, small halls, especially bad for handicap persons. Billing department very bad, do not seem to know what they are doing. Sometimes collecting cash from customers with a agreement to return money once their insurance pays them but in some cases money is not returned as promised.

PROS:
CONS: Don't feel they have the best Doctors

This is the worst place to go for health care. My sons have had two different doctors due to the fact that the doctors don't seem to stay. And that is in 5 years time.

Trying to get another one is next to impossible along with appointments, unless your willing to wait a couple of months. Kind of useless when your sick now and always have to go to their nurse practioner or after hours clinic. Which isn't open on friday's. And can't see the nurse practioner unless you have a primary care doctor.

I agree with the other reviews, all they seem interested in is money. You go for one thing and they send you for all these tests.

And finally the billing is always screwed up. They once came back on a claim from a year ago with nothing in between on the claim.

It took me many trips to get it straightened out! Not just once had they done that.
