I used to take all my cats here until once, the assistant was so rude to me, I decided to change vets. I took one of my 'wild cats' in and she was holding him (restrained) and I asked to pet him (because he doesn't let me do that at home) and she snapped at me 'if you pet him, he'll just get upset'. Hrmmmmm customer service?

Dr. Fuchshuber is gentle with the animals; however, he missed a cancer diagnosis on one of my cats (didn't change the outcome, just delayed the diagnosis) and treated him with steroids for 6 months to increase his appetite (thus masking the symptoms) without my knowledge!

On the other hand, one of my cats had ear mites and he took me back to the microscope so I could see them swimming around, which gave me a HUGE insight as to how annoying they are for my pets! That was a very nice touch.

PROS: Sporatic quality care
