Bad bad bad. Took my two daughters and two girlfriends to get lunch. We were not greeted at all, I had to tell the hostess I wanted a table for tea and lunch. I was told we would have a table in a few moments, we waited 15 minutes and no one cleared a table or even spoke to us. We were standing in the cramped little front entrance. We decided not to eat here and left so I can't say what the food is like but the customer service was terrible!

I've just read the two last reviews on this cafe.
Since it looks like I've just recently been, I think either this place has new management or the people who enjoy this place also probably purchase 'Quacker Factory' products on HSN. I am under 35, born and raised in London and was fortunate enough to experience the whole tea time culture first hand and nationally.

However, this place is not a place I would recommend for anything but eccentric X-mas gifts that nobody under the age of 40 would really want (Unless they're 'unique' themselves)
The one saving grace of this cafe is the tea, they know their tea alright, but marry that with their customer service and food, not happening.....sorry to say.

If you want REAL british food, made with passion and sincerity, go to the Market Tea rooms, it may be small and unassuming but they food and tea is sensational. I'd take my own mother there, but not here.

A self confessed 'Foodie' I do my best to give the benefit of the doubt to places that aren't always upto par. Looks aren't everything, it's what they make and how they make it that counts.
With that said, the nausating decor was enough to make my stomach churn.

If you like doileys under everything and cat shaped Teapots, this is the place for you.

I found this cafe recently and am happy to have found it. They have the best tea in our area and their gifts are always unique and something you have not seen anywhere else. My children are so hard to buy gifts for, they have so much. I find something here for their birthdays and holidays every time. I always like to give a gift that is unique and out of the ordinary.
This place fills the bill for this. They have a great variety of teas, which is one of my favorite drinks. I'm glad they opened here and hope they remain in the area.

Tucked into the corner of a newly opened mall you will find this charming tea cafe. The eating area -- there are only 5 or 6 tables and recently there were tables added to the patio -- faces the mountains and offers a wonderful view of the south valley. The little shop is very quaint and features wonderful baked goods to take out and teapots and accessories you may not know even existed. You can purchase tea of all varieties and the owners are exceptionally talkative and friendly and eager to please. They take reservations for special events to be held after normal business hours. If you are looking for a special gift for someone who loves tea, come here. The cook (one of the sisters) has many specialties -- and each one melts in your mouth. I love the quiche. And the scones -- homemade -- are exceptional.

PROS: Delightful atmosphere. Friendly management and employees.
CONS: None
