Bank of America

Fleet was a terrific bank, but now that it's Bank of America it is a nightmare. This bank does not care about its customers. Their customer service is horrible. Their online banking is screwy - charges appear and disappear and they told me to keep my own record - I never had this problem with any other bank. I have wasted a lot of time and aggravation on them and am looking for a better bank. Stay away from them to keep your sanity.

Upon asking many questions and being, for lack of a better word, quite annoying, I found my clerk to be very patient and willing to answer all the queries that troubled my mind. In short, she was nice and knew her stuff. The place is also quite big and open. Lots of room, though seemingly small on the outside. I didn't see many long lines like I usually do at banks and there are also ATMs.
