Historic buildings and gardens in this park are lovely, but it's the peacocks roaming free that make it a great spot for me. They hold weddings here as well in a picturesque area with roses. Guided tours of the buildings are available, but I've only done some self-guided looking around where I was allowed.

This is a grat park that is a lot of fun for the whole family! A lot of people go there for picnics and even have their birthday parties there. It is best to get there early though if you want to get a picnic table. The only thing that I don't like about this park is that you have to reserve and pay for the tables that are covered and have shade. You will see peacocks and chickens there because they live there on the grounds and they are very friendly. They also have a historic house because this was an actual ranch at one time. They also have some special events and festivals.

This park has a nice historic area to tour and see that is very interesting. The park also features picnic areas, ramadas, BBQ's, dog park, volleyball courts, softall complex, and a children's playground. The park has other various fields that are used for things such as activites and soccer. They have park tours and weddings in the rose garden. This park is well maintained and nicely kept. It is also right next door to the Glendale library. The children's area is a little small so there isn't much for children to do.
