The Wedding Chapel

I came here on a Saturday afternoon and they were not busy at all. I had called ahead of time for them to set 4 dresses aside, which not to my surprise they had no record of me calling or the dresses that I wanted to try. I will say that they did have many dresses that I liked and all were well under $500.00. We had no help at all from any staff, we picked out the dresses ourselves & found a fitting room. We came back later in the day to try a few of them on one more time, and by then someone else was working and she at least apologized for the lack of help or even acknowledgement from before.

I also had a terrible time at the Wedding Chapel! The bride picked out a basic bridesmaid dress. What the staff failed to tell her was that the dresses would cost $60 extra dollars (on top of the $150 price tag) if the bridesmaid needed a larger size-say a 16 or 18. Considering many Minnesota women are on the larger size, I find it outrageous to pay $60 extra for a few inches of fabric!! Then, when I finally got my dress, they made the wrong size! The staff had the audacity to act like it was my fault, and they were very rude. I still don't have my dress, and they are hoping I will have it by the wedding. We'll see...

I recently purchased my wedding gown at this store and I was extremely disppointed with the lack of respect and professionalism of the Wedding Chapel staff. I was treated very rudely on several occasions the latest of which was when I went to pick up my dress. When I called to make an appointment to come pick up my gown (which was paid for in full at the time I ordered) I had to fight with the staff about the day and time I could stop by. When I finally was allowed to come pick up my dress, the staff was extremely rude to me when I got there. Not only did they make me pay $5.33 for the dress bag on the way out, they accused me of stealing their pen from the counter! This was by far, the worst experience I've had in wedding planning so far. As a shop that relies on good customer service, it would seem that The Wedding Chapel would take more care to treat their customers with the utmost care and respect. Let's face it, there are other shops in the area with a similar selection of gowns. To all the other brides out there, if you want your dress experience to be a great one, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

They have a vast collection of bridal gowns and lots of bridesmaid dresses. They have everything from dresses to invitations, head pieces, matching jewelry, shoes and other accessories needed to make the wedding perfect.The prices are also not very expensive.Good shop to shop if theres a wedding planned in your family.

This is a very nice wedding dress shop with good service and reasonably priced gowns and dresses. They have both wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. They are in separate areas of the shop. They have very good service and seem ready to help you select dresses and adjust them for fit as you try on. They only reason I give this shop 4 stars instead of 5 is it seems very strip-mall like to me.

This store is much larger then it looks. There is a full room for bridesmaid dresses (one even larger for the bride's dress) that range from $100 and up. We found the perfect dress here for $115. They give discounts if you pay for the dress all at once.
