I usually go in for pretty routine check ups, but any time I'm trying to inquire about something or get more info, I have the hardest time getting it. They do not return phone calls. You have to hound them. It's really annoying. Some of the staff is nice and helpful, and some of the staff is not. They can be rude and not very educated in what they do. I am currently waiting for a call back. I've already called twice since yesterday and i will call again in a few minutes. There is no other way to go about getting answers. Sad.

I am currently going to Dr. Juarez for my second pregnancy check-ups. I started going to her 12 years ago and she delivered my first son six years ago. There was no question to who would delivery my second baby. The office staff is the best, always friendly and informative!! I always feel comfortable going there and asking any questions that I might have.

UGH! Where do I begin? I was referred to this doctor by a friend. I went to my primary care physician and begged him to make sure that get an opportunity to meet Dr. Juarez, and have her treat me throughout my entire prenatal and post-delivery process. I was sure that my referral to her meant that I was in excellent hands. Boy was I wrong! I rarely saw her during my prenatal visits, and when I did she was in an out. No more than 10 minutes of her time was spent with me. On the day that I went into labor (which was Christmas Eve of 2009), I only saw her once! She came in hours after I was in labor, checked me for a few minutes. Dr. Juarez decided to break my water, then go home and pack her bags for a vacation. While she was at home, my baby was on her way. The doctor was not there and demanded that I "hold" my baby inside of me until she got to the hospital. Well, of course the baby decided otherwise, and well, the nurse (who was terrified by the way) delivered my baby. When Dr. Juarez arrived later on after the birth, you could tell she was in the worst mood. She did not acknowledge me, congratulate me...not even a smile. She was livid! She began to deliver my placenta, and guess what miss attitude did? She "yanked" the placenta out of me with one hand and tossed it in a pan. She hurt me and she knew it. No apology, no sympathy...NOTHING! She walked out of the room and never said a word. My family and I were in shock! Clearly I would NEVER see her again, nor would I EVER recommend her!

I've been a patient of Dr. Juarez for the past 11 years. I am very pleased with their service and their professionalism. I feel very comfortable there, they answer all of my questions and concerns. I understand the wait is too long but it's understandable because of the volume of patient's Dr. Juarez has and most patient's choose to see Dr. Juarez, although there is an option to see the NP. It really doesn't matter to me who i see. I've been seen by 2 different NP's and by Dr. Juarez and it's all the same to me. I am also happy with their staff. They are great! Everyone expects the best care and attention from their doctors. Every patient is a priority to their doctors.

I am not too happy with Dr. Juarez. I fill like the wait time is too long. It is difficult to get in to see the doctor when you really need to. You get rushed through your visit and leave with no useful information. I need to find a better doctor.

I was first referred to Dr. Juarez on April of 2007. At the time I was very sick and needed to know what my opptioms were and how urgent my situation was, I also needed a doctor who was Spanish speaking even though I am bilingual. It was the first time in 30 year since leaving my country that I felt ill and vounarable. Dr Juarez and her sister were both professional, followed up with me as I was expiriencing a lot of pain, returned all my calls, and reasured me that all would be okay. My next appontment is on June 8, 2010. I am grateful for the support and services they provide to the families and weman in this community .

Ever since I got insurance, they have given me nothing but trouble. They rush me through every appointment. The waiting time is too long, and they don't return calls!!! They don't bother explaining anything, either! Don't go here!!!!!

I called in July 08 to set up my first time appointment. I called several times always leaving a voice mail, and no one ever called me back.I had to finally get my PCP to call the office and they were able to set an appointment for me. When I when in for my appointment- I was prescribed a medication not covered by my insurance. My appointment was in August, to this date, I have not been able to get ahold of the office , nor have they called me back regarding the status of my medication. IN the meantime I have had no treatment for what they prescribed me! Very poorly managed office! NO calls ever returned. If I didn't need to use this doctor, I wouldn't

Dr. Margaret Juarez and her sister, both M.D.s, run this women's clinic close to Baldwin & Las Tunas. Both are very knowledgeable and professional. They support both Methodist Hospital and San Gabriel Valley Hospital. Ive found that both doctors are very matter-of-fact and will tell you straight if there are any concerns.

PROS: Very knowledgeable women's doctors serving San Gabriel Valley
CONS: Very busy office so call ahead
