Dick Hannah Honda

I just bought my first new car and was very intimidated about going to a dealer. Saeed Anwar of Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver was a wonderful guide to this process. He was courteous, quickly responded to all my voicemails, took care to locate the difficult-to-find model and color of a manual transmission Honda Fit I desired, offered an excellent price, and patiently and clearly explained the workings of my car. I never felt pressured or manipulated. I highly recommend his services.

In February 2008 I purchased a brand new PT Cruiser from Dick Hannah, Vancouver. I put $1,500 down on the car and financed the rest. I was a single mom and thought I could trust the sales people who were helping me to purchase a new vehicle. It wasn't until I drove off the lot that I figured out it had no cruise control (a fact they didn't tell me). Well, perhaps I could learn to live with this. I've had the car for over a year and have put minimal mileage on it. I just could not learn to love that car. So I thought "Dick Hannah was so helpful before, I'm sure they will help me out again." Well, not so fast. When I contacted Joe with Dick Hannah Honda, they said I was upside down on the loan and they couldn't help me. They are the ones that put me upside down! So now they are telling me that in addition to the trade in of the PT Cruiser, I also have to pony up $4,000 to $6,000 for a new car. I'm perplexed....they basically screwed a single mom for an additional $6,000 on a new car and they won't even help me get into a new car.

I've found out that with Dick Hannah customer service is out the door as soon as you drive off the lot. I've purchased more than one vehicle from Dick Hannah but I don't see this happening again. Once they got their money from me for their overpriced vehicle and raked me over the coals, they hung me out to dry. Thanks for nothing, Dick Hannah and buyers beware!!

We live in Dallesport Wa. 90 miles east of Dick Hannah Honda. We had been looking for a vehicle for 2 weeks both locally and in Portland. All we had been getting was overpriced vehicles with pushy sales people. I saw a vehicle on Dick Hannah's website and put in a request for more information. I was amazed on how quickly it was that I received a phone call from Scott Doyle. We set up an appointment to see that vehicle and look at some others. When I arrived Scott was there and able to help me right away. We found Scott to be very courtious and helpful in every way. There was no presure from him and he was willing to help us look over any other vehicle we wanted to. We not only purchased that vehicle from Scott but also purchased a used Ford Ranger. We were very pleased with our experience with Scott and Dick Hannah Honda and would recomend them to anyone. Everyone there was nice polite and easy to work with.

Working with Kevin at Dick Hannah was pretty painless. He is a pleasant man and interesting to talk to. Buying a car shouldn't be an long ordeal and Kevin did everything he could to keep the process moving along. I think previewing the vehicles on-line made it even easier. Let's hear it for progress.

I was very happy with the customer service that I got from Honda overall. The sales person, SAEED, answered all my questions with patience, gave me options, and expailend all the features of the cars thoroughly. I was very impressed. He was very understanding about my concerns. Saeed made me think one more time that there are really very honest sales people out there. Eveybody in that dealership that I talked greeted me with smile and they were very friendly. I appreciate the time that SAEED and the finance department spent me. Scott Doyle and Joe Carter were very knowledgeable and friendly. When I described what I was looking for, Scott didn't waste any time showing me the cars that best fit my description. He had pointed out a bold beige 2009 Accord and I kept looking back at it. Scott suggested we take a test drive, he pulled up in the one I kept gravitating back too. It was now paperwork time. Very stressful for just about anyone. Joe Carter was great when it came to explaining all the details and what package would best fit my needs. When we first met Betty Ramachandran, who works as a sales person for Dick Hanna Honda, she istantly connected with our family. You could tell that she really liked her job and was only interested with what our family needed. She never pressured us and made things crystal clear. Mrs. Ramachandran also stayed with our family all the way to the end. She helped us understand the process and what every little detail meant.
We really appreciate all of what she has done for us, and we recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used to visit Dick Hanna Honda and request Betty Ramachandran. Another great thing about her is that she can speak Spanish very well, so there wont be a barrier if you may not speak English very well. We thank Betty a whole lot for all of the care she has given us and we are very happy with the purchase we have made.

I have never trusted car dealers. In late March I purchased a late model Honda Pilot from Dick Hannah Honda. I was very excited to have this beautiful new car. However, it wasn't long until I discovered that this vehicle did not have all the features that I was told it had. I felt I had been cheated, or at least was the victim of a serious error. I did not expect to receive satisfaction. I went back to the sales person, Saeed Anwar. Saeed worked hard to get a fair resolution to the problem. At the end of the day, Dick Hannah Honda re-purchased the original vehicle and sold me another with the required features at no extra cost to me. I will definitely buy from Dick Hannah Honda again, and I consider Saeed to be my friend. All in all, a very positive purchase experience.

I contacted Dick Hannah Honda through their Internet Sales Department and was helped by Saeed Anwar. He walked me through the initial stages of trying to narrow down the kind of vehicle I wanted as I was unsure at the time. He was very helpful and never made me feel that I was under any pressure whatsoever. I came in and was met with very friendly people and initially was helped by Brian. I ended up with a Honda Fit. I had some initial misgivings at first and went back to see if I might look at another car. Saeed was such a great help and didn't make me feel stupid and took his time helping me look at other vehicles, of which I looked at and finally ended up with the Fit after all. But he was so nice to take the time and not pressure me and since the Fit wasn't in at the time, he gave me a very nice loaner car. When I picked up my car after it arrived, I was surprised with a couple of nice "extras" on it. I would recommend Saeed to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and also a "pressure-free" experience.

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda CRV from Hannah Honda at Vancouver Auto Mall and can't say enough good things about the experience. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and courteous, especially the salesman with whom I worked, JASON CARTER. After spending a good deal of time negotiating with me very fairly (and I wasn't easy!), the purchase was finalized and I was a very happy customer. Even though the business had closed for the day by this point, Jason spent a great deal of time explaining the features of the car, satisfactorily answering questions and never rushed me. Prior to my purchase, I had made contact with the Honda dealers in Portland and felt Hannah was the most professional. As an example, when I mentioned to Jason that one Portland salesman made a negative remark about Hannah, I was impressed that he didn't retaliate with a negative comment about that dealership. That, in my book, is class! I can't think of anything that was negative about my experience with Dick Hannah Honda and dealing with such a friendly, likeable and knowledgeable sales person as JASON CARTER just enhanced the experience.

We had been shopping for a car for us and a friend of ours. We called around and even went to two different dealers in our area but faced those typical time wasting, arm twisting , what if or would you techniques by all of those pushy salesmen. Finally I sent an inquiry online and within minutes Saeed called, provided me enough information to make my decision. I took two of my other friends and we bought two cars from Saeed at Dick hannah Honda. We will recommend him to anyone who is shopping for a vehicle and needs a caring person to deal with. He even picked one of our friends from the Airport and then made sure his car was delivered at his house as well. Great customer service by him.

I purchased a Honda Accord from Saeed Anwar Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Dickhannah Honda. Never knew that I will ever get such a remarkable treatment at a car dealership. Saeed made sure that i understood the whole process and also his product knowledge was excellent. All my questions about the vehicle and the accessories that i was interested in were answered right away professionally. He did not play the games and looked me in my eyes and gave me direct answers rather than typical I don't know let me find out answers. He made sure that I got follow up calls to make sure I was fully enjoying my Accord. I strongly recommend him if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I have purchased 3 of my last 4 cars at Dick Hannah Honda and this was definitely my best experience yet. As a long time salesman myself, I can spot a shifty salesman from a mile away, and can tell when somebody is more concerned over their commission check than my best interest, but Leslie McCulley really looked out for what I needed. There were no high pressure tricks, no advanced up-selling tactics, just genuine meeting of needs and straight forward negotiation. I would recommend any friend or family member to ask specifically for Leslie if they want to buy a Honda.

I visited this dealership twice. The first time was to drive and the second time to buy. I was very impressed with Kevin and his manager. After telling them I was only there to drive and do research, I left without any typical pressure tactics. I later came back and bought. The staff was great and the paper work didnt take an hour like the last car I bought. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2008 KIA Sorento. After 400 miles the cab started leaking and the car quickly filled with standing water (rain). It took a week for the dealership to get my car into the service department and it still wasnt fixed correctly. So, I asked the dealership to take the car back and get me into a new one. General manager Rachael Smith said she can see what she can give me as a trade in. I was sick!

I then took the car into Dick Hannah HONDA to see if they could help me. The sales associate Jason Carter was not only empathetic he spent the entire afternoon working with the finance manager Joe Carter to get me out of the joke I was stuck with and into a reliable vehicle that I could be proud of owning and paying for... The entire staff at Dick Hannah Honda went above and beyond to help me. Associates Jason Carter and Joe Carter not only relieved me of a tremendous burden they made sure I was thoroughly informed about my choices, satisfied with the transaction, and comfortable with the terms.

They put me in a Honda Ridgline; same terms as the KIA. Dick Hannah Honda basically swallowed my loss.

I cannot adequately express my gratitude. I highly recommend Dick Hannah Honda - ask for Jason or Joe Carter!!

I just purchased a 2009 CR V from Vince Gillam at Dick Hannah Honda. I am a happy customer! Why? First, I consider Hondas to be the best vehicles, and second, my car buying experience was excellent! After shopping the local dealerships, I knew I did not want to do business with the typical car salespersons due to their tactics. I wanted honest simple communication. Searching the internet brought me to the Dick Hannah website. Impressive and informative, I called the dealership and was connected with Vince. He was friendly, efficient and he immediately emailed me VIP prices for internet sales. True to their dealership logo, Dick Hannah offered the lowest prices, by far! Yes, it was worth my three and a half hour drive to purchase my new SUV. Vince showed excellent customer care while I was at the dealership and with follow-up phone calls. In addition, an honorable mention is due to Milton Copeland, the finance manager, for adding to this positive experience. I give Dick Hannah Honda and Vince Gillam 100% positive feedback!

Love our new Odyssey My wife and I just bought our new 2007 Honda Odyssey form Hannah Honda . We worked with Saeed Anwar he was the most thoughtful and most considerate salesperson I have ever worked with. From the start I could tell that I was working with someone with real integrity. This put us at easy and made us feel confident of our purchase; I know I got a GREAT deal! Like most, after a big purchase you cant help but to look around to see if you really did get a good deal, and after talking to a few other dealers I knew we went with the right dealership and most importantly the right Guy . I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kevin Kooistra and the staff at Hannah Honda. After speaking with an Internet VIP Salesman we realized they offered, by far, the best deal anywhere around so my husband and I decided to drive up from Eastern Oregon. We had to bring our two young children with us and we all know how that goes at a car dealership, but the staff really stepped in and helped to keep the kids entertained while we focused on the paperwork. The entire process was actually pretty quick and not long after our arrival we were on our way with our new car. I have told everyone about our experience at Hannah and we will definitely be repeat customers for our next vehicle.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Louis Rodrigues while purchasing my pre owned car. I was apprehensive about dealerships and the high pressure sales I expected. Louis made me feel comfortable right away and explained the process completely. His calm friendliness really put me at ease and led me to feel that I can trust his advice and guidance through the buying process. I appreciate his honesty about what to expect from an older car and am now prepared (no surprises down the road)for what might come. Great car buying experience. Happy with the price of the car, happy with the car 1000 miles after delivery. The salesman (Jason Carter) was great he was very patient and helped by answering every question I had. He helped me check out the car,and explained the great AFTER SALE BENIFITS of buying from DICK HANNAH. This is in fact the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from the Dick Hannah organization. The first three were in Kelso/Longview when I lived up there.The finance dept was very helpful also, I seldom buy a Service contract, but I did this time.

Knowledgable, informative patient, and helpful. After carefully listening to my car needs and my budget constraints, he found a CRV that met my needs and wants. When negotiating the amount the dealership would spend on my trade-in, he diplomatically worked back and forth between his manager and with me. I was not very easy to work with with both my brother and my son-in-law were both involved in the negotiations. Far and away, this was the most painless and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had! I will recommend you to my friends, Kevin!

I would like to thank Titan Crawford at Dick Hannah Honda (Auto Mall Drive)
When my wife and I recently desperately needed a new car, out of the ten other car dealerships we visited Titan Crawford gave os the best possible customer service. With great integrity and respect, Titan took all the time to answer all of our questions. He showed us only the cars that fit our need and never once tried to up-sell os into something that was too far from our budget or sell us on stuff we did not need.
It was an overall very pleasant and relaxed experience and the whole staff was friendly and a pleasure to talk too. Also Milton and Vince vent out of there way to make us feel comfortable and took the time to listen to our every need. The Car('07 Honda civic sedan) is beautiful and drives great. The tires for life program and service department are all things that makes my wife and I feel more secure and we now know that we always can count on the people at Dick Hannah Honda.

You don't always have to buy to have a good experience. If you are in search for a honest salesperson search no further, I personally have found one in Nora Smith, she is part of DickHannahs internet department and I'm sure they are proud and very lucky to have her as an employee. Don't make the same mistake I did and buy from the first dealer that calls you, buy from the the dealer or person you trust and feel most comfortable with, and don't forget shop around! We visited there Honda store after a recommendation from a friend. We were not so impressed after our first phone conversation. He was a new guy, and tried, but ultimately said he would have to call back. Luckily we got a call back from Chris Taylor. He answered our questions and helped narrow down some vehicles we wanted to see. He set us up with a laid back guy who lets us drive almost everything. We didn't feel forced or pushed, it was nice. We decided to keep our truck, but we will be back.
