    Ever since I bought my car I've been having problems with my car that I bought for them. The starter the key fob now the transmission I haven't even had my car for 6 months. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them they. Make it sound like your in good hands when buying. But as soon as the deals made they forget about you. No calls about my car being fixed multiple times. They always tell me to take it to Vancouver to get it fixed I live in hillsboro. Bs. I've made a deal I should of never made and I regretted it big time. I have a warranty and I'm still paying hundreds and hundreds to repair my car. What is the warranty for again? I don't know?

    I am giving this post Two stars instead of one, because when the sales people were wanting our business they were very nice. We went to Dick Hannah as a very last resort because of all the horror stories we have heard. ( we had loan stipulations so finding the right car at the right price was difficult) I started by calling and doing a credit app over the phone, and figured everything out before we went in. After getting there we spent a few hours finding a car and looking around. We test drove an Audi , and fell in love only to find out that it still needed inspection so we needed a rental car for the weekend until we got the go ahead. 4 days later we headed to the dealership to pick up the Audi to find out the inspection had failed and we could not get the car. Hours later we decided on a Dodge Magnum. Test drove it, loved it and decided to sign. ( it took them 4 hours just to get paper work while I sat there with 2 kids) we finally left and went home with the new Dodge. Less than one week later I was pulling into Safeway 15 minutes before I had to pick up my daughter from school and my Transmission went completely out. My car would not go forward/backward anywhere. I called Dick Hannah and they sent someone to come pick us up an hour later. Luckily my daughters grandma could pick her up. We ended up with a rental and they towed the car. A week later after multiple calls that never got returned to the service center we finally got the call that our Dodge was fixed. We drive 40 miles to the dealership to find out that the Brand New transmission that had been put in in March 2013 had a dirty filter full of metal shavings that caused the car to stop running. After hearing this news from the most rude, over the top lady in the service department we walked to our sales manager and told him what had happened. Apparently a service worker put the old pan on the new transmission. After an hour of explaining that unless they replaced the transmission we did not want the vehicle back ( there was damage caused by the shavings left in the transmission) they offered a good warranty for the vehicle if we took it that day , but we were not comfortable getting stranded again and wanted a safe reliable vehicle. We ended up returning the vehicle and picking out another. This took hours. We already knew what we wanted, however they made sure we waited long hours watching them behind the glass doing nothing but eating lunch, joking around, and sitting on computers. Finally we got to test drive the BMW we wanted to trade for. Our sales rep told us it was a 1 owner vehicle, and in perfect condition. After the test drive we agreed it was in good condition, and if there was only 1 owner before us we trusted what they told us. After more waiting we finally signed papers. ( which they ended up calling multiple times wanting me to come back and signed ones we missed) we left in our 2007 BMW 328XI . It has been exactly 1 month today that I have owned it, and there has been a significant change in how the vehicle runs. We looked at the car fax and found out we are the 6th owners!!! We called to take it in and they told us we needed to drive 60 miles one way to Kuni BMW. We call Kuni, but they have no idea what I m talking about and say its Dick Hannah s problem. After calling Dick hannah we get the run around and more rude people that work there. We are under warranty but no one wants to fix our BMW. As of now we are waiting on a call back from a Corporate Manager that I am sure we will never get.. Please do not go here. This has been months of bad experiences and still no outcome that has been worth it to us.

    EXPENSIVE. My Honda Accord had the B2 indicator flashing. I was charged BY HANNAH $409 for an oil change, and filter changes (oil, air, HEP pollen and dust), wheel rotation, inspections, and parking brake adjustment. After the head of the HANNAH's service refused to return our call, we are currently disputing this outrageous charge. We recommend that you first get quotes from other dealerships before you visit HANNAH. We belatedly learned that the same services cost $198 at Ron Tonkin Portland, $149.95 at Larry Miller Hillsborough , and at Beaverton Honda dealorships $199.85. Thus, Hannah charged us over 2x what other dealers would have charged. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!

    Recently, my Honda was due for its first scheduled maintenence. I called for an appt and was pleasantly surprised to get an appt for the next day. When I called, I was informed I should expect the appt to take 1 1/2 hours. When I arrived, I was treated very courteously. Again, I was pleasantly surprised to find out the 1 1/2 hour appt would include a complimentary carwash. And it turned out that the maintenece was complete in just over an hour. Overall, I would rate the experience and service as excellent.
