Like and support the idea, but the set-up isnt as nice and clean and inspiring as wholefoods or trader joes.
lots of raw produce. kombucha. nuts. flax seeds and the sort.
health hippies might find it cool, but its a bit expensive for my taste.

Great little market. Has quite a few hard to find items in the general store. The deli has some wonderful healthy food but the service can be slow and sometime rude.. but still worth the abuse.

Before Whole Foods moved into town the Co-Opportunity was the best place to get organic produce and other health food products. I now spend most of my dollars at Whole Foods but the Co-Opportunity is still a great place to get your gluten-free supplies. It is generally less crowded than Whole Foods and has a bit more of a local touch.

This store has organic fruits and vegtables, vitamins and other natural groceries. It is very expensive ebcause it's all natural but everything in here is so good.

This is the Little Supermarket That Could! People come from all over the city to shop here. Somehow this tiny organic co-op seems to have better variety and higher quality that Whole Foods! Particularly when it comes to Herbs and suppliments. Also, the sandwiches they make at the deli are awesome! I reccommend the Turkey Meatloaf. Of course, it isn't as cheap as Vons, but when you buy organic, your first priority can't be price.

A great whole food/organic grocer. They have some excellent prepared foods, as well as staples like Uncle Eddie's Vegan Cookies and Tofutti. They've got a wide selection of vitamins & homeopathic stuff, and organic wines. Gorgeous produce.
