Phoenix Flower Shops

I needed to send flowers to a relative in Gilbert. I used Phoenixflowershops.com because I like shopping online but wanted a local florist, with a wide variety of items to choose from. I found their website very user friendly- and even earned Petal Reward points for placing my order online. After my order was delivered I received a delivery confirmation email (which I was not expecting)

My Mom was very happy with what she recieved and I will definitely use Phoenix Flower Shops again!

I ordered a plant for a memorial service, and I have to guess that they thought I wouldn't be there. I had asked them to add extra flowers because the plant was not in bloom, and deliver it in a ceramic pot; I was charged for all these extras. When I got to the service, the sad green plant was there without any flowers, in a tired, lopsided basket with a tiny, dogeared pink bow.

To be fair, they did refund part of my payment after I called back to complain.

I will not use them again; if you do use them, check carefully that what you ordered was actually delivered.

every time i need flowers for any occasion i go to this store. their friendly staff help you find the right flowers for any occasion. they have great prices and flowers for all budgets. their customer service is very good and they are very helpful when it comes to arrangements.this is a very customer friendly place.

This establishment tries its best to cater to your every requirement. Staff go out of their way to make sure your order is just right and everything arrives just as you plan it. It is very beautifully decorated with plants and flowers and balloons. There is limited parking in front, but more available around back. I felt cared about here by this staff.

Been here a couple of times already at Phoenix Flower Shops
. They carry a variety of flowers for all occasions. They always make sure that you're getting the freshest flowers... very helpful staff. The best thing is that you can order yours (if you're a regular) through the phone and they'll prepare if for you for pickup. They got other stuff other than flowers.

Although there are several locations of this family owned florist throughout the valley. This location, is located near the downtown Phoenix are and is perfect for those office deliveries. This staff is great they can handle anything from a single rose for a special person to flowers for a wedding. If flowers aren't your thing, that's ok too they have other great gift ideas, cookies, spa baskets and even lobster. They can handle it all

PROS: Order by phone, fax, online or in person
CONS: Some items are pricey.... shop around
