Dr. Mark Taylor has been my family care Doctor for more than 25 years. Not only is he an extraordinary physician, he has also become a very good friend. He is thorough, without being obtrusive. He always answers any concerns I may have about my health. I don't know what I would do without him and his great staff.

Service at Greenoaks FHCA was exemplary from 1999 through 2005. That's not the case now. Receipts are printed on fax-like paper that causes, over a period of time, the ink to disappear prompting the ever alert billing office to magically discover arrears (post "disappearing ink act"). Payment demands ensue under threat of cancelling your medical relationship. The front desk personnel are sadistic & incompetent; better suited to work with convicts. Save for one light among them, Nancy, they all should be unemployed. The genuinely good doctors' hands appear to be tied. The front desk people use Gestapo techniques when you call of an appointment, they want to know more than the doctor. One visit, one ailment then out. No matter if a syndrome of ailments could be connected to your condition. Save your money, time and sanity; pass on this outfit.

I was out on FMLA having back surgery, had to get forms signed by doctor to get paid, the girls at the front desk are extremely rude and just give you a dirty look while you are standing there in pain from surgery waiting for someone to help you.

Took my daughter in for two immunizations required by school. Notified at appt that she would have to have a physical before they would give the shots so agreed (i.e. checked her lungs, ears, reflexes $170.00). Total cost: $1,300.00. Called billing and was advised initial charge of approx. $700 was for series of shots. Was not charged for second visit, but was for third. Called Billing. Called me a liar, put me on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected call. Attempted email, they blocked my email but husband's went right through. Wrote physician. Never received a response from billing or doctor. Making regular monthly payments, received threat of collection. Billing only states "Services rendered". Patient has no way of knowing charges for individual services. Poor customer service and unwillingness to work with patient regarding problems. Immunization Clinic through school charges $20.00.

First of all, please let me say that I am a seasoned nurse with over 17 years of experience. I went to this clinical for a very simple issue (cold, sinus congestion, etc.) I made a regularly scheduled appointment and saw a Dr Gonzalez. I asked him about another very simple health concern and he refused to discuss it with me or address the issue. Essentially, he wanted me to come in again and see him for a second issue so he could receive another payment from my insurance carrier for a second visit when this could have been handled very easily on the same visit and was actually related. I will be reporting him to the Texas Medical Board for unethical practices and other things. I have lived in Arlington for over 15 years and have gone to this clinic intermittently when needed over the last 10 years. I will not be going anymore as I feel this clinic has significantly lowered their standards by allowing this cockroach to join their practice. BEWARE!!!!

I was told by my Dr. that my abdominal cramps could be appendicitis and that I would need a Cat Scan but to try some medicine for what was thought was the problem instead but to keep "in touch" and on top of things....what a laugh! Trying to keep "in touch" when I decided that yes I needed a "cat scan" was a joke....Dr. was out--wouldn't book me an appt. with an associate and had to leave a message for nurse. After five hours more of excruciating pain and no call back...(I tried again to speak to someone or be seen) I took off for the emergency room and a wait of another four hours. This place is very hard to get to speak to who you need and if your needs don't fit their way of doing things--call in and wait and wait to be called back--you are out of luck. Too big and too impersonal.

You may choose a preferred doctor at this clinic but chances are you will never be able to get an appointment with him/her. If you have any tests performed good luck on obtaining the results. Especially if you are a working person. After waiting three weeks for results I called the clinic. You are not allowed to speak directly to your doctor or nurse. Instead you have to leave a message and wait for the nurse to call you back. If you happen to be on the phone when they call back you will get a message to call them back. Whatever you do don't accidentally press the wrong # on the automated phone system or you will be chewed out by the person who answers! And round and round we go! It's unfortunate that doctors are forced to operate out of these large and impersonal patient mills. Thank the insurance companies and lawyers.

Great if you don't mind constant and repeated errors in the office calling in your medications to the pharmacy, My assisgned doctor was a smart ass young female doctor... my concerns were not addressed. I would find somewhere else to go if at all possible. I felt like a peice of meat with an insurance card. Just my honest experience with this facility. One star given as the facility is clean and orderly in appearance. Will never go again.

I have been using this facility for about ten years. They will work with you if you need to get in right away. Waiting period for well woman check ups is 2-3 months. Good with kids as well as adults. They quickly get you in close to your appointment.

PROS: fast efficient
CONS: sometimes phone is busy in the am

We take our whole family to the drs at this clinic. They have a lab on site and an after hours clinic every day except Sunday. The doctors are great. If you have an urgent problem you can call 1st thing in the AM and try to get an urgent appt with your dr . And, if your dr isnt available you can see another one, they're all family drs and all the drs we've seen there have been outstanding. The billing office isn't onsite which can cause some confusion if you have a balance to pay on.

PROS: professional, exceptional office hours, lab work on site
CONS: billing ofc is off site, the staff usually can't help if theres a problem

The family Heathcare associates is where our insurance covers our family. They have a large assortment of doctors available to take new patients and if your primary care physcian is not available you can see another doctor. This paticular office is run with organization and the staff is outstanding.
