STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Like other reviewers I found this company is terrible at diagnostics, treating only symptoms, and completely irreverent for their poor customer service.

My landlord's home warranty (AHS) referred this company to fix an issue where the A/C cooling coils were freezing up inside the house. Luckily, the tech arrived on time within two days of requesting an appointment, but he appeared to be in quite a hurry. He quickly diagnosed that the system was low on coolant, recharged the system, and wanted to be on his way. I asked him to look into the underlying cause. Why would the coolant be low? Could there be a leak? What about all the water that collected on the floor and the sides of the HVAC cabinet? He said it would all go away now that the coolant was refilled. I asked him to stay another 15 minutes so the building maintenance guy could double-check if there was anything else to worry about but he hurried me along to sign the service receipt and pay him... my mistake for doing that. I asked if he would come back the same day if anything else was found and he assured me he would.

Well... the maintenance guy came buy and found that the drip pan drain pipe had developed a leak and that water would continue to collect on the floor of the cabinet. When I called the company within 20 minutes of the tech's departure to send him back out they said he wouldn't be in the area the rest of the day... OK, how about Saturday? or Monday? "Sure" he said... Monday afternoon, I hadn't heard anything and when I call the company I was told I would need to open another warranty claim. Things escalated and we exchanged word with the rep telling me "you can shove it."

I called AHS about the experience and advised them to drop this vendor, and am awaiting their call about who they'll send to fix the outstanding issue. In the meantime, I have the HVAC cover off so the cabinet will air out but water keeps pooling in there and the surrounding drywall has started to bulge from moisture.

This company has treated me well. I contacted my home owner warranty company and they send them out. They came out on two occasions when my AC wasn't working. I just callled because it's leaking. They have great prices for new AC or furnace. They couldn't come out the next day becuase schedule did not permit, but they came the following day. I mean they'd replace my AC unit for only $1,200. I do live in a townhouse. That's a great price. But I have a warranty and want to wait until it's covered by my warranty for a lot less. I like the company.

By Wednesday morning they had never called back. It had been around 15 hours or so. I contacted my home warranty people. They, too, could not get in touch with Four Seasons.

Finally Wednesday at 1:04PM I received a call from Khan Shafqat, who I guess is the guy who runs things. He told me he could only get over here by 12-5PM on Friday.

5:08PM on Friday, no show, no call, no answer on their phone.

Do not deal with these people.

Impossible to confirm when he would be out for repair. He is rude and disrespectful on the phone. He did not due his job but instead yelled at me that the unit was still running and stated that it was too hot to do anything and would not work on it until tomorrow. Was late returning and discovered that it was the indoor unit with the problem and had to order the part. Delayed on ordering the part and installation. IF he had done his job the first day out he would have known what was needed to be done.

this company sucks. the owner doesn't care about anything, all he wants is to get easy money. with his attitudes I don't know how he can be a business owner??? he never finished his work. and make us take off work like 3 times a week because he didn't check all the problems. we waited for a week to get the answer for not coming to fix my AC. I have 2 little 3 year-old and a dog. living in a 90 degree house because this guy missed his appointment. and never return my call. and every times when i tried to call him and ask him when and what time will he be at my house, what did I get? he hung up on me every time I called, that is unacceptable. we have to suffer from the heat. and my kids have medical condition. we have to stay in the hot house for 3 days. i repeat do not call this ass ooo

Do not I repeat do not hire this company. The owner is a rude pompous Idi_t. I am a renter of a townhome and my landlord has a warranty with this company and Four Seasons was contracted by the warranty company to do the job. There was a miscommunnication between the landlord and the owner of Four Seasons. I was told that they were going to contact me to find out what time was good for me. I never received a call. So on monday i called the landlord to find out what happened he later called me back and told me he was on his way in 20 minutes. I told him because i did not get a heads up before I cant just leae my job. So the owner said he will get in touch with them. Well long story shorter when I spoke to this person who is suppose to be the owner he would not let me speak when i asked him if i can speak now he said okay and as soon as i started to talk he bellowed over me again. All I was trying to do was find out when he can return to fix my AC. At the end he ended up hanging up on me and when I callled back he would not answer. He is very unprofessional and rude. Mind you he is the same person that came about a month ago and said everything was working fine.
