John Hine Pontiac-Mazda-Dodge
My wife and I recently purchased a Mazda 5 from a dealership in Chula Vista, but decided to take it to John Hine Pontaic/Mazda/Dodge for service since it was a lot closer to where we lived. I always hate taking the car to get serviced, afraid of being overcharged for something I don't need, but I had quite a different experience at the John Hine Service Department. We had not owned a new car in a long time, and I learned growing up that you needed to change your oil ever 3,000 miles. Well, I was pleased to hear that because of technological advances in car manufacturing newer cars only need an oil change every 5,000 miles or so, not every 3,000 like before. I was shocked at the honesty of the Service Adviser for they could have just taken my money and let me continue my ignorance. Thank you John Hine for teaching your employees that honesty and integrity are still two of the most important business practices, and that "It is not the sale you make today that is important, but it is the repeat sales you garner from loyal customers that make your business thrive."Jeremy, Santee
