After purchasing a PERFECT used Toyota Tacoma from the folks at Auto Tradmark in Manassass, VA, I drove it 2500 miles to Wyoming without a single glitch. It was a 5 year old low miles vehicle and was exactly as advertised. I was very trusting, because it was precisely what I was looking for and paid up front prior to traveling to Manassas. It was well worth the travel time, given the pricing and how nice this truck is. I could not be happier.

Every dealership I went to I had a horrible experience, all of the saleman are so aggressive. Not this place, the salesman I dealt with was very calm and gave me and my wife all of the room we needed to make a decision. We were allowed to test drive a few different cars and when we found the one we liked they even let us take it to our mechanic 20 miles away to have it thoroughly checked out.
I would reccomend this place to anyone who is looking to make a smooth purchase.

If I had read the reviews of this dealer before I went to purchase my vehicle, I wouldn't have went. I'm glad I didn't though, because I found a beautiful one-owner corolla here. They only made 6,000 of this particular model. I don't even think the dealers knew how rare it was. I really liked this place. It's a 6-speed manual with 90,000 miles. Everything on it feels new, even my mechanic commented on it. They didn't breathe down my neck like the other dealerships did. In fact, I didn't really see a dealer until I was ready to make an offer. I walked in, they asked me what car I wanted to check out, they gave me the keys, and I test drove for as long as I wanted. I knew what I wanted, so the lack of a dealer all over me wasn't a problem. If you need the dealer with you to explain the car to you, this probably isn't the place for you. Overall, my dealer (I believe her name was Jeannie) was fantastic. I love my car. I would definitely buy another from them based off this purchase.

Side note: their extended warranties are unimpressive. You could probably find a better one someplace else.

I purchased a car from this dealer 3 months ago and thus far I'm satisfied with the purchase. Right after I purchased the car I put it on the road and pushed it 400 miles to NC. I did have two minor issues with the car once I got to NC. There was some type of clip that needed tighten which caused the car to shout off and the very next day the AC was blowing warm air. My whole ride to NC the air was ice cold. The next morning, I took the car to my mechanic and he tighten up the loose clip on the hose and the issue with the air... per the diagnostic test was a fuse in the fuse box under the hood. I called the dealer and informed them of the situation. My salesman stated to have my mechanic find out the issue and have them to fix it (expense on them). It was no need for me to drive alllllll the way back from NC to VA to have them look at it. Happy to say, I haven't had any problems with the car. The car had one owner and low mileage. I would buy from them again.

I recently bought my vehicle from Auto Trademark. I have been looking for months and could not find what I wanted. I was browsing on their website late one night, and came across a better model than I was looking for and was in very good condition along with low miles and a good reasonable price (It was even under 10K I could not believe it. I thought it had to be a misprint.) Nice Ford Explorers, especially Eddie Bauer's, do not sell less than 12k as a general rule. I stopped in the next day; their sales people were friendly, helpful, and most of all they did not pressure me into buying anything. They were up front and honest about everything. The Explorer drives like new. I could not ask for a better vehicle nor service. I had a problem with my car and they fixed it for me also. I highly recommend them, and will go back to them in the future.

I don't understand why all these bad reviews. It may be that satisfied customers don't bother to submit reviews. Anyway, I looked at two clean and fair-priced cars there, and bought one of them, a proverbial driven by an old lady only on Sundays - can you believe an average annual mileage of 1200 miles ????

The car is like new in every respect.

The transaction was very professional and completely above-board.

Maybe the bad reviews are planted by competitors ?

Business Response:

Thank you Thank you for your review!

The other reviews posted here have complaints about how the salesman conduct themselves, which isn't the best I must admit. The day I visited, however, was very busy and there were only a handful of sales people so there's no possibility of someone holding your hand while you look at cars and I had received much worse treatment at a major dealership that very day!

I couldn't find a negative review (or any review for that matter) from someone that actually bought a car from these guys, I did buy a car from these guys I can tell you that they aren't that bad. I wanted a very hard to find model of car (there were only 2 within 100 miles of me) that I had been searching for about a month or so. I knew exactly what car I wanted, exactly how many miles I wanted and exactly how much I wanted to spend. They had it and it was well priced with low miles.

They are a Wholesale Outlet, so if they have a car you want check the carfax and get it checked out by your mechanic and if it's good then buy it right away. The car I bought was still under manufacturers warrantee for another couple of months and I beat the price down enough that even if it needs a fairly serious repair (I probably got it $1500 under market value) it's still worth it. I didn't opt for their warrantee. My car had been in a minor accident (per the carfax report) and I had overheard some conversations in the showroom that indicated that my car was not the only one on the lot that had been, but, again, it's a wholesale outlet. These are cars the big dealers get on trade in or off lease that they don't want to keep for themselves for one reason or another so don't expect a mint used car, go to Carmax and pay more if you want that. I took it to a very reputable mechanic that was fimiliar with the style of car and it passed with flying colors, the accident that it had been in must have been very minor, there wasn't any structural damage, no airbag deployment (stated by carfax), no obvious signs of reconstruction and the car still had it's original undercoating. It had brand new tires and ALL the fluids were very clean and apart from a few stone chips and scratches and a chipped windshield that can be fixed for $50 it was in very good condition and drove like a brand new car.

Addressing the complaints that they only take cash and they don't take deposits; it's A WHOLESALE OUTLET so if you finance through them they want you to pay the lot sticker price, but are willing to negotiate if you pay cash or get outside financing. This is very common, even among larger dealerships. They will take a deposit if you negotiate for the car and will hold it for you so you have time to get your financing (or cash) in order. They will not take a deposit if you're planning to see a bunch more cars just to call them later to get your deposit back, lets be real people they're in the business of selling cars after all.

Long and Short: Be weary whenever you buy a car, but if you know what you want or if you want to try a bunch of cars without someone breathing down you neck then this is a good place, and you can get a great deal if you negotiate with them.
If you want your hand held, or want the sales person the have in depth knowledge of every car you try then you will be dissapointed (this worked in my favor, they had no idea how rare the car I bought is).

Be Careful and get a good Deal ;)
