I'm not sure how Dr. Giacobetti is as a doctor but his staff are the most incompetent people in the world. When it took me calling everyday for 1 1/2 weeks to get an appointment (with a referral) because they needed to see if I was insured. They had all the information they needed to verify this (which by the way is a 5 minute phone call to my insurance) and repeatedly told me they would have it done by the end of the day but to no avail. When I I finally did see Dr. G he did seem nice and while I was actually at the office the staff I dealt with was also very welcoming but I was later told to come back in 2 weeks with the results from my MRI, but no one ever called me to schedule the MRI and when I called to ask why, I was either transferred to someones voicemail or told it was because my insurance hadn't approved it yet. I found this very strange cause not only am I completely covered for any type of medical procedure I need but I have an excellent insurance provider who are always on top of things. I called my insurance they said they hadn't gotten a request for an MRI which means whoever I spoke to in the office lied. This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had dealing with anyone in the medical field and is extremely disappoint and frustrating especially because I have a serious medical injury that pains me on a daily basis. Not saying anything about the doctors in the office but Dr. Giacobetti's assistant, Carmen and anyone else who deals with scheduling are horrible.

My son suffered both his wrists being broken during football practice. I got him in to see Dr. Chavez, and everything was great. My son had to have surgery and screws put in both his wrists. Dr. Chavez and his crew were both professional, friendly, and I feel they went out of their way to sooth my concerns for my son. We never had to wait long for the appointments, and all our questions were answered. I would recommend Western Hand Center to anyone who is having problems with their hands.

Dr. Buckley is very nice and really hears your concerns. He is quick and knows his stuff. The only thing I didn't like about this office is that they change my appointments often or when I change my own appointments someone calls me to tell me that I missed my appointment. There is a lack of communication between the staff.
