Jeepers! is an indoor amusement ride business which I have taken my family to numerous times over the years.

On Saturday, April 19th, at 12:30 pm, I took my two kids to Jeepers! because of a coupon Jeepers! has been mailing out over the past few months. The coupon was for $5.00 wristband good for all day amusement rides.

When we were at the counter to purchase, I was told by the cashier that weekends was $7.00, not $5.00 as was advertised. I insisted that the price was $5.00 because their ad did not have any exclusions. At that point she called over the manager.

I explained to the manager that I thought that I should get the $5.00 price because on his stores coupon, there is absolutely no exclusions. He said that the weekend price had been $7.00 for several months. I said that it did not matter how long the price had been $7.00 and I again pointed out that their coupon did not specify 'not valid on weekends', and it did not specify 'valid on week days only'. The coupon had absolutely no restrictions, or even an expiration date!

The manager then handed me back the coupon and my money and said 'sorry' sarcastic. I then asked who the owner was, he said 'I'm the only one your going to get to talk to'.

At that point I knew that he was not going to honor his coupon, so I balled it up and tossed it on the counter and said that I would not be back. As I was leaving with my kids, he then yelled out 'we don't want your kind here any ways'.

This place is awesome! 7 amusement park rides, lots of video games and great food - all INDOOR. What's not to like? It only cost $8.99 for an all day wrist band too. I have 3 kids and they've always enjoyed going to Jeepers. They sometimes play for hours there. It's crowded on weekends and slower on weekdays (except for summer - always crowded). I like the brand new carpets and the zoo animal statues. It's very clean and safe.

Took our 3 children here. We had to pay full price for our 3 1/2 yr old (wristband) which was supposed to entitle him to "all of the rides, etc" (since that's what they advertise!) to be told he was not tall enough for some! (even though the sign said has to be of "walking age") that was all it said on the rides. Outraged of course, I presented this problem to the "manager" who blew me off, basically & I was interrupted by another person who said she was "higher up" than the other & snotty at the least, said that she could remove his wristband & refund my money if we were not happy. I said wow! that is your solution? I than asked to speak with someone "higher up" than her & she said your looking at her! There is no "Corporate office" So, this will be the "Corporate Office" At least I can let others know! On top of dirty, outdated rides, no staff to run the rides & the rude atmosphere.. We will not be back! Thanks!

Limited rides which are very dirty and not maintained well. Many of the 'bump cars' were broken and sitting in middle of car area. We had to wait for staff to show up at a ride if we wanted to ride. Same person was handling many different rides so there was a wait. There were no more than 20 kids there (12 in our group) and still there was not enough staff. No birthday party going on over the weekend? Something is seriosuly wrong with this place. Staff didn't seem to care if your child was old enough to ride on a particular ride. I saw little kids on rides where only 42" and above were allowed.

Anyway, I got home and was checking their food inspection rating and saw this comment. "LUNCHEON MEATS DATED IN JANUARY NOT DISCARDED" and this comment was in march!! They were selling two months old meat? Yikes! I want to throw up so bad.

Please don't take your kids to this place.

THIS IS VERY GREAT PLACE TO PLAY, BUT THERE ARE RARELY ENOUGH PEOPLE TO ATTEND THE RIDES(AT LEAST WHEN I COME IN). OVERALL IT IS A PLACE I CHOOSE TO TAKE MY KIDS AND OTHERS TO FOR FUN.

Jungle Jim's Playland is a reasonably priced pizza play place. It's FUN for kids, gets the job done, but is dirty.

Upon entering Jungle Jims they give wristbands to everyone and have a security guard at the door to see that kids don't leave the building alone and leave with their parents. I thought this to be a great safety measure by the company, and give them kudos for caring about their customers.

Prices for pizza, and for the rides are a good bargain. Rides which cost tickets include, bumper cars, carousel, spinning apples (were they apples or something else?), tiny kid's roller coaster, and small train ride. Each ride takes a specific number of tickets ranging from 1-4 and can be bought at the pizza counter.

I would say that this location is great for Elementary kids and toddlers. There is a very small area for the toddlers next to the jungle gym and also a pretend train that older toddlers can climb on.

There is also a large jungle gym for kids to play on which is free. The coolest part of the jungle gym is the long roller slide that all the kids seem to love and enjoy.

THis place is fairly large and offers great amount of seating room near the pizza area. Right next to the jungle gym there are some seating areas, but it never seems to be enough. BUT you get to be close to the gym so that parents can watch their children.

There is an okay selection of redemption games, and their prizes are fair, similar prizes to Fiddlesticks, and Mesa's Golfland, or other similar pizza prize eatery's.

While Jungle Jim's resembles a carnival with their rides, so does the interior cleanliness. The carpets are worn down and grundgy, rides and play areas need a good deep cleaning, and tables need to be cleaned down faster by employees.

This place has good potential but really it is kinda dirty and poorly run. The best part of this place is the food. The pizza and the pretzals are really good. The machines don't always work and there are not enough attendents to work the rides. The kids' favorites was the spinnig ride, it went both backwards and forwards.

This place has the potential to be a great place for the kids to play. But it is dirty and the staff leaves something to be desired. They try to make it safe by having everyone have number stickers so that you can't just walk out with someones elses kid, but numerous times there was no one at the door to even check and we just walked right out. The kids like the games and the rides, but there isn't enough staff for each ride. This means having to wait until the person is done running one ride to get on another. It is not a huge wait but when you have two kids, it can seem like forever.

Jungle Jim's Playland is a fun place for a child's birthday. This one is very clean, and in a great location. The facility is extremely clean. The restrooms are very clean and inviting as well. Prices are good, and the pizza/snack bar is good too!

We went to take my daughter to Jungle Jim's to play, but after walking in and scoping it out for a few minutes, we ended up leaving, luckily before we paid for anything. All the equipment seemed run-down and extremely dirty. I remembered going their with my nieces and nephews several years ago and it was fun, but it is currently in desperate need for renovation. I would not go unless it was remodeled.

This place has several amusement park rides indoors along with a giant jungle gym to play in. You have to buy tickets to go on the rides, or else you can buy an all day bracelet, but either way it seem s pretty pricey for the small amount of rides that are available. The entire place is very dirty and seems very old. There is a small concession stand offering pizza and cotton candy and other normal concession items. We went one time, and will not return again.
