Always sprays really well outside. Never have complaints. I had a mouse before in the house but when Sione came he took care of them all.

My name is Andy Birskeugh, I live on Oakland Hills dr. and I have had Doug Schweppe as my exterminator and he has been utterly fantastic. Without even asking, he took the initiative to spray my backwall, shed, around the pool, courtyard, and the waterboxes out front and all I told him was we had scorpions. Since his first service here, we havent seen even one scorpion and so I requested him as my personal technician from here on out. Doug has definately helped bulwark live up to its name, and I'm forever grateful to have been referred to this company by my sister-in-law. Thank you Doug and I'll see you next month :)

We have used Bulwark on and off for years and always had amazing service and been bug free. Recently, we purchased another Las Vegas home and noticed we had an ant problem. We contacted Bulwark again and they had a tech out the same day.
Brendon did a great job in answering our questions and treating the problem. Within 2 days we noticed no more ants! Yay!
A couple of days later they sent out Jeremy to follow-up and ensure we were still ant free. Jeremy was great also. He re-assessed the problem, re-treated as necessary, and was great with our little dogs. He was knowledgeable and thorough. We will remain dedicated Bulwark customers as we have always had great service. Highly recommended!

I spent a lot of time talking to my service tech (Ryan Peck) last week. He does a great job and is very knowledgeable about the products and service Bulwark has to offer. He is a great representative for the bulwark front line.

I recommend Bulwark to all my neighbors especially because Ed Sakugawa offers such great service. Since I joined at east 3 neighbors have joined because Ed does a great job of making sure our house is Scorpion Free!! Don't think twice just call them I have never regretted it.

Bradey in Las Vegas is very courteous and respectful of me, my pets, and my home. I appreciate all of his knowledge about pest control and using natural products. He is always on time for his scheduled visits and really goes the extra mile to ensure our uninvited guests know where they belong. I also appreciate Bulwark's free follow-up policy that is included with my monthly service.

The new tech, Santiago, is very professional and well mannered. He arrived within 20 minutes of saying he would take up to an hour, finished the work within another 5 minutes, and managed to even catch a rat while he was here.

Doug schwepp was fantastic and a pleasure to have service our house. He took the time to sit down with us and show us the 5-point treatment he used to get rid of scorpions and black widows, and we havent seen anything since, definately better servicing than western exterminating. Doug, if u get achance to read this, me and my roommate really appreciate everything you've done. Thank you

Great service, effective pest control. Serviceman Rob Borza was friendly and competent. He did a thorough job of spraying, and placed fresh insect traps at appropriate spots around entryways. I highly recommend this service.

Ryan Peck is the best Tech! He was just over to spray and did a great job as usual. He noticed my tire was almost flat and offered to change it. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for changing my tire and taking care of our pest problem. We wouldn't use anyone else...

Once again Eric Burch has used is wonderful customer service to make Bulwark the best pest control company in Las Vegas. My wife was sick in bed and he called ahead to see if it was okay to come slightly early. After apologizing for her condition; he went out of his way to not ring the doorbell and to leave the paperwork on the patio. His attention to detail and thoughtfulness, make 'Eirc Burch' a household name in our home. Thanks again Eric...and Bulwark!

Bradey Prescott has been our teck for over a year.
He always calls before he comes. The last time, 4-19-11
was a call back, to be sure we had no problems.
He is polite, though.
If he finds problems, he corrects them and lets me know
what the problems were before he leave.

i have used other services before and they are not as comprehensive as Bulwark. most just over promise and under deliver. Bulwark specialists are professional, very flexible with their scheduling, efficient and effective. most importantly, the tech is usually the same gentleman and that eases my worry of too many strangers coming around my home. i typically voice my complaints to my tech Brandon Prescott , cert #202632. he always takes care of whatever pests around my home so my family can rest easier . for a mother of 3, nothing is more important than keeping my loved ones comfortable.

After moving into our new house (Aug. 2009) we started having a scorpion problem. Which over the following months got progressively worse. Had another pest company come out which did absolutely nothing for the problem. Called Bulwark based on the comments of others with scorpion problems. That was October 1, 2010. I have not had one scorpion since!! They say they can rid scorpions and they do! (I was skeptical) Jon did our intial visit and was awesome and very reassuring that whatever it took they would be there. If scorpions are making you want to leave your home, call Bulwark first. Erich Burch is my technican, and there is not enough words to explain just how happy I am with the service he does. I hate bugs, and Eric makes sure there is nothing left behind. He is very professional, friendly, and always greets you with a smile. He is very trustworthy, and the only pest control person I allow to enter my home. He knws everything about bugs, and is always willing to come out. He's the best, and because of him, I always recommend the company, especially Eric. If he left, I would follow him to whatever pest control company he works for. WAY TO GO ERIC. If i could tip you a million bucks, I would. 10/10

I am very,very PLEASED with the professionalism that Rob B carried with him as he did the work at our residents. Rob B displayed concern with any questions that we may of had. Rob was respectful and courtious. It is wonderful to open our door,see his uniform and feel safe. Bulwark Exterminating we have used your service for 5 years, you've done yourself proud!!!!!!!!

We live in North Las Vegas and our technician is Ed Sakugawa. He is great! There have been a couple time where we've had problems with bugs in between sprayings. Ed gave us his phone number so we could call him if we had problems. He came right out and fixed the problem. He's always available if we have any problems. We are really happy with our service at Bulwark.

I would have to give my technician a 5 star on service. I asked a million questions about bugs and the chemicals and he was very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. I feel he went beyond the call of duty!

Pretty much pigeon hole you into signing a one year contract. Are not flexible want to lock into a contract or make you pay a ridiculous amount for a one time service. The customer service guy was very rude and yelling at my fiance when she tried to explain we did not want to be locked into a one year contract. The actual tech was very nice but their customer service people are unprofessional to say the least.

My technician is Ed Sakugawa. Since I started with Bulwark (? years ago), the bugs don't come near my house! I have a feral cat colony outside and Ed is very careful to watch out for them. He always asks if I'm having any problems and then proceeds to do a very thorough job all around the house, the planters, entryways, etc. It's always a pleasure to see Ed on "Bug Day." Great job, Ed!!

I have been a customer with Bulwark for almost 6 yrs. My tech for the last couple of years has been Ed Sakugawa. Although I was never unhappy with any of the previous techs, my experience with Ed is that he is very knowledgeable, professional, has a great work ethic, and on top of all that he is such a nice guy! He has been the best tech from Bulwark .

I have to take the time to tell everyone about what a wonderful job Ed Sakugawa has done as my pest control man. Last year we had a problem with scorpions in our home. The first time Ed came to our home he addressed all of our concerns and answered all of our questions...honestly! He never made me feel like my fears were dumb or that I was overreacting. Since he has been treating our house our problem has decreased. We haven't seen ANY bugs in over 3 months. Scorpions are very hard to get rid of and so far he has done an amazing job. I can't begin to thank Ed for the exceptional service and attention to small details. Thank you Thank you Thank you!
