YMCA

I have been a member of the Y since they opened and my family loves it, It becomes a turns off when children come in and are having conversation and the things that they say and comes out of their mounths are very fowl, and nasty. I had my mother with me for the first time at the Y and she was very upset that the children saw her and continued to use that language and the staff did not stop the children from cursing, and being nasty. It would have a good place for her to start going but that turnd her off. She feels with all of that comes violence and trouble. I would love to give it 5 stars, but I will give it 3 1/2 stars for control of children doing what they please, and language.

This YMCA just opened over the past year, so it's equipment and facilities are all brand new. YMCA offers a much more reasonable membership rate than many health clubs, and your dollars also go to support other programs for children and the elderly. This particular YMCA is drawing tons of 20 and 30something locals--a good singles place, perhaps? It's built on the old Memorial Stadium grounds where the Orioles used to play!
