This is the worst hotel I've ever been to! Do not go here please! The rooms are dirty, everything is outdated and worn, and thats not even the worst thing. The people that work there are horribly rude. There are about 100 hotels on the same street for the same price or cheaper that are 100x better. Here's what happened: My boyfriend and I had just spent a couple of nights at the crown plaza down the street, and we decided to stay an extra night in Anaheim but didn't want to spent the $80 a night for a nice hotel.... Big mistake! We ended up paying $50 for the night and we got into room which was so uncomfortable due to it being dirty and stained. The bed was gross and I didn't eve want to sleep on it. But the worst part was in the morning, we had accidentally slept in and while packing to leave, we get a call at 11:10, 10 minutes after checkout, from the front desk telling us "we need to get out of the room." Even though her tone was rude, I calmly told her the situate and asked if we could have a late check out. She said yes and said we could leave by 12. Two minutes later we get a call from the same lady saying.... And I quote... " you need to get out right now! I will keep your deposit if u don't leave. You have five minutes!" and she hung up before I could respond. WTF! Now I'm mad. I'm guessing what happened was that she realised we paid cash and she had our $100 in her hand that she could keep. Two minutes later, Before the five minutes was up, there is a pounding on the door and when we open it, a male and female made are standing their yelling at us to get out and that they have to check the room. I almost lost it. We weren't about to let these scammers get our deposit, so we piled our stuff up and ran down to get it. I could not believe this experience. I don't know how these people can say they work in customer service positions. The next night we paid $42/midweek for a quality inn by hotmail, where we were welcomed with a smile and the rooms were super clean and very comfortable. I will never make this mistake again and I hope no one else has to experience this.
