Kid to kid

I have a very bad experience here.when you go as a seller you dont get any respect there..they treat you very badly...i sold a stroller which was a year old and hardly been used..i bought it for $100 and they said they will sell it for 50% the original price and will give me 40% of their selling price which comes to $20 or less....i was offered $2 for a $30 bedrailing only 6mnths old and in new condition ..they offered me $8 for a safety first walker and playstation which was almost new and said that its original price on that day is $30 which i found to be wrong..it is still now $50 anywhere.they dont give you the correct price what you can expect ...but they give you only 20% of the original pricce(they will sell at 50% of original and will give you 40% of their selling price)..here is the catch...

It is quite a drive for me to this store and I have taken items a couple of times just to be turned away because they have so much stuff. It is really disappointing compared to one I went to in another city. I believe they carry a large variety at decent prices, but I haven't been happy with their purchasing and consideration of people trying to sell to them. They seem to have the attitude that they have more than enough sellers and don't need to help you in any way.

I found many clothing and baby items here and some brand new at great prices. I have seen them turn away people's things and I was grateful because they already looked worn or were slightly broken. It gave me a good feeling that they only take the best! I never walk out without less than10 items and I have shopper other stores and found nothing, but always come back here and find something great. I highly recommend shopping here and the people who work there have always been polite to me.

I would not recommend selling your gently used or new items to Kid to Kid. My experience was that they declined the majority of the items I brought in to sell claiming that they did not accept them, but when I looked around the store there were similar items on their shelves for sale (boopy pillows, baby bath tubs, denim overalls and really nice Gymboree dresses). The clothing items they did accept were offered a fraction of the price (I would estimate around 5-10% of purchase price) although when I questioned the buyer about the pricing, I was told they typically offer to purchase items for 40% of the retail price which by my calculations just didn't add up! Not a great way to clean out your closet and make some extra cash as the web site claimed.

After years of selling gently used quality label clothes to Kid to Kid in another city, I am greatly turned off by the customer service at the Cedar Park/ N Austin location. I have never seen such a lack of customer service at any of the other locations.

I will not ever use this location again, nor will I have anything positive to say about them to my friends.

I am embarrassed for them to be such a bad representative of such a previously fine store. The employees need to be re trained in customer service!! I had an appalling experience at this location !!

I love Kid to Kid:) I have been a avid customer here. I used to consign some of my kids stuff, but have decided to just cash out now. But remember you do not get as much as when you consign. They have gently used clothes for boys & girls. Great namebrands like gymboree, baby lulu and polo. The prices are resonable and the drive is a little far from my home but I think its worth it. They also have cribs, bedding, toys and lots more. The only thing I didn't like were the hours, they close earliere them some resale stores. The store is clean and nice, and the customer service is super! I would recommend them to family and friends.

This is a wonderful place to shop. They even have a little "kids entrance" that is a smaller door. They have a pretty small area for the kids to play, but mine never seem to complain too much! Their prices are wonderful. They do not give as much for consigning as some of the others, but that is because they pay the cash out right then. Other stores have you wait through a period...that is why other stores give more. Great clothing and toys here, but if you're looking to make money out of clothing you already have...take it somewhere else.

These resale shops are good places to buy used clothes toys for younger kids, especially infants. You can get used toys at really good prices if you check often.
