Dr Joseph Fayad is the finest, most caring and honest Doctor I've seen the 20 years I've been here in Las Vegas.
No you can't get through on the phone most of the time and yes an apointment does take up to several hours, So drive over there, they'll help you. Bring a magazine.
But remember he has a LOT of paintaints and spends a LOT of time with you in the exam room, if you have questions, he will spend time and not only answer the questions but make sure you understand the answers fully. He also only sees paintaints 3 days a week and does the procedures the other 2 days, Thurs. and Fri. He is very busy.
So if you're in a hurry go to a butcher shop like the one on Shadow lane, you'll be able to get through on the phone and you won't have to wait long, there are not too many paintaints there anymore !
I have been a paintaint for 5 and a half years.

I have been trying to get ahold of this office for 2 weeks. No one ever answers the phone and there is no voice mail. What kind of office is this?? Even the pharmicist cannot get a response from Dr. Fayad's office for 2 weeks. I could be dead by now. Is this how you treat all your new patients?

This is ridiculous. How can you run a business this way. Has this office closed??

Dr. Joseph Fayed aided by God saved my husband from hep c.He was all bussiness until the crisis passed.Then he was our buddy!We love you doc!Keep up the good work!
