This facility refereed by one of my friend. The front desk staffs are rude(not friendly) and doctors are not keeping up their time and not flexible in their appointments. STAY OUT OF THIS FACILITY IF YOU ARE WANT FLEXIBLE TIME AND TREATED FRIENDLY.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the Farm. There are some very positive reviews out there and I find them not to be true at all. Dr. Chasen is the WORST pediatrition I have ever seen, he has no bedside manner, did not even acknowledge my daughter. DIdnt' even try to determine why spitting up and fussy - and turns out in 2 minutes at SJ Peds she was diagnosed with acid reflux. So we didnt' need 5 different formulas. They never call back and they say they did.

I just LOVE this place. It is clean and accessible. There is a waiting room for those who children are sick and another waiting room for those who are there for routine visits. I found the front desk staff to be cheerful and helpful. The nurses, for the most part, are nice though there is one nurse who probably should have retired a while ago. She never has a smile on her face. In fact, she scares my children. Dr. Chasen is the best and I ask to see him every time. Best peds place in the area.

Farm Pediatrics is now owned by ADVOCARE. Go anywhere that isn't ADVOCARE. Their policy: $50 charge for missed appointments they must make several months in advance because they are so backed up. Had A LOUD discussion about it with the office manager today and I'm taking all 4 of my kids who have been there since birth elsewhere. I will miss Dr. Chasen most of all. But I'd rather go to a clinic than be treated this way by my own office!

I have been with The Farm for about 2 years now. I came to them based on a recommendation from my cousin who lives out here. I have to say I agree with some of the reviews. They use to be good, but they are not very thorough. It depends what docter you see. But the front desk staff is awful, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They sit there and talk about men, their lives, and patients out in the open. VERY RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL.

As far as the Docters go, Dr. Berman is awesome, Dr. Lafferty is good, Dr.Chasen is nice as well, Dr. Salawitz he is not that great, Dr. Barrnett she should open her own practice, she is WONDERFUL, NEVER see Dr. Pandit, she is horrible(very rude, and could careless about your sick child.) The office layout is nice. So basically its a nice office, depending on who you see, but I myself am looking for a new Peds place becuase of the staff!

We left Marlton Pediatrics for these guys and while we don't regret that we are now leaving The Farm. While the doctor's are above average but not very thorough. The receptionists are absolutely rude to the point that they make you feel uncomfortable for making them do their job. They are not very accomodating or client oriented. They give you the impression that you need them not the other way around. If any of your kids have any serious chronic illness, do yourself a favor and find another pediatrician, really.

I started going to the "Farm" when my daughter was born, she is now 13 and I absolutely love them. I have never had a problem with scheduling and I like all the doctors except Holmes-Bricker. She doesn't listen to what you're saying and has no "bed-side manner". I love Dr. Berman and Dr. Chase. The others doctors are very nice and I've never had a problem. I live in Philadelphia and will gladly make the drive over the bridge to go to the "Farm".

I had actually left The Farm after 4 1/2 years because I thought I could get the same care closer to home. Let me tell you how wrong I was. I ended up switching back to The Farm after trying two new practices closer to my home. (Neither of the two practices told the truth when I interviewed them. I could never get convenient appts. And when something happened to one of my kids that warranted a doctor visit immediately, with both different practices I was sent to the ER.) This NEVER happened with the Farm. As a matter of fact, after switching back to the Farm, and they didn't even have our med records yet, they held the office open so we could bring our daughter. This was recently. Also, in the previous years, they ALWAYS told me to come right in and never sent me to the ER. They did send me straight for X-rays when warranted, but never just pawned me off to ER.The doctors, overall, are really good. Of course no one gets along with everyone in life or has the same philosophy, so find one or a few you like and request them. You DO get the opportunity to request a doctor when making an appointment. The nurses are really nice and friendly, with the exception of one, but again, no one gets along with everyone in life. Honestly, this is the best pediatric practice around. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

The Farm's new office is lovely. It's kid friendly and has 2 sections for well children and sick children.
The front desk staff are friendly. The nurses are OK. There are 1 or 2 who I have never seen smile.
The doctors are great - with the exception of 1. I tend to ask for the same Dr. every time my child needs a scheduled visit. If I need to come in for a sick visit, and don't have a choice of Dr - I am usually comfortable with whom I see.
The office is very accommodating with appointments. I have never had a hard time making an appointment.

I love the environment in there, always clean, the front desk people are very nice, friendly, and helpful, but once you get in the back rooms it's a whole other world. Nobody,I mean nobody ever has a smile on there face,I feel like I'm rushed, they don't take time with you. I wish every peds had a waiting room and sick room like theres, with the books, funny mirrors, and toys, and decorated themed rooms, that is really cool, but they need to have nicer Dr's that want to take time for u and ur children. I am in the process of looking for a new peds, but i may jus go back to my old one,it was jus too far of a drive for me,but at least I knew I was being taken care of and listened too. I never had a problem getting a appointment there either.

my brothers and i have all gone to this pediatrician our entire lives. i always liked the doctors but when i had a daughter this past july and started taking her there i changed my mind. the doctors are helpful but they dont seem extremely interested in YOU. and the nurses aren't the friendliest. i was 15 minutes late due to a traffic accident and i had to completely reschedule my appointment which frustrated me. i understand that you shouldnt be late to an appointment but i couldn't help an accident and it's not as though it made him stay later, if i wasn't sitting in the waiting room a different patient would have been. also, when my daughter got shots she would have lumps in her legs for at least a month afterwards. i just wasn't very satisfied.

I was taking my children to this group of doctors for a while, but then decided to change to a smaller practice. The doctors here are quite nice, but there are six of them and you never get to see the same one. You get whoever is available. I prefer a smaller practice where the child can get to know that doctor and vice versa. The one plus, is that it is fairly easy to get an appointment due to it being a larger practice.
