Marco's Auto Body Shop

I brought my car here for a front end hit and they took care of everything for me. I was very nervous because this was my first accident but they helped me through the whole process, even with the insurance company. They have an extremely professional staff and amazing work. I highly advise people to go there.

I was referred to Marco's by AAA after having a HORRIBLE experience at Holmes Body Shop in Pasadena. Holmes did a terrible job fixing some minor damage to my vehicle and then proceeded to mess up my car's paint job when detailing it. When I took it to Marco's it was covered in swirl marks. My car still had dealer plated on it at the time, so I was furious!!!
Not only did the owner of Marco's Body Shop walk me through the process step by step to ensure that I was going to be completely satisfied, but he also made sure (personally) that my car looked brand new when they were done with it. I was thrilled when I left the shop. My car looked amazing and I was 100% confident in the work that had been done to it.
I very highly recommend this shop. Excellent work, great customer service, and very professional. Awesome overall!

I have no idea what happened to the last guy, sounds like a competitor trying to write a bad review... Anyways, I have taken my car there for years. In December my 2000 M3 got hit hard in the rear side and before that my older Civic was rearended by some drunk; I was amazed how they were able to make the car look like new and not only did they fix it perfectly but they detailed everything too. I have to say that Marco's Auto Body is a rare breed, they have outstanding quality and service; even the owner was out there with me, going over the quality check. They are the only body shop I trust and I have to recommend this shop to everyone. Oh and by the way, my old Civic that they fixed 4 years ago, had a problem with the bumper molding that they fixed, and they were happy to replace it for me for free. So for their lifetime warranty, I have full trust in that too.

Marco's does a good job at repairing damage to automobiles. They are friendly and trust-worthy, with good service. They were good in keeping contact with me with regards to the status of my car and promptly contacted me when my car was finished. They even washed my car after they repaired it, which was a nice touch.

i like this store very much! They repaired my Benz C230. The owner is so nice and funny! The finish of the car is world class. Their price is ok for the quality.

i had my car repaired here a couple of times. they do an amazing job in repairing it. the car always comes out looking like the first time i brought it home. they care about their customers and keeps in touch with them to let them know how the process is going. i wouldnt trust my car with any other auto body shop.

Excellent body shop with top-notch technicians and highest standards. Service personnel will inspect the auto inside and out for any damage and recommend what would need to be replaced. Only uses new factory brand parts, never second-hand or used. Will turn down work if used parts or non-certified parts are required.
