This place does top knotch, meticulous maintenance on all years of BMWs - for a price. If you are the type of BMW owner who likes to drop the keys off for a few days, hand them a blank check or a limitless credit card, and say "whatever it is, FIX IT", then this might be the place for you. This place is thorough to a fault, and in their desire to be the ultimate BMW mechanic they seem to go beyond what the average person has in mind when they bring their car in. At least, that was my experience. I had the unpleasant experience of taking my car in for an ESTIMATE (bear in mind I am a normal person that does not usually have $500 just hanging out in my bank account for extras). They started working on my car - as in doing UNAUTHORIZED work without informing me of an estimate - and I was placed in the uncomfrtable position of asking them either to not charge me for the work, or to undo the work they had done because I was not prepared to have them start. So, go to them if you have an open-ended credit card reserved for car expenses - you will probably get your money's worth. But if you're an average person who wants to find out what's wrong, how much it will cost to fix it, whether you can wait a little while before it's fixed, and then pay a reasonable price to get it fixed in a TIMELY manner, go elsewhere (like to Key Auto).

PROS: meticulous, thorough, competent, good location
CONS: pricey, want to do the max amt o work, used to hands-off affluent customers
