.

This gym is entirely unethical in the way it's business operates. If you live in this vicinity, you may have seen their advertisements. It is often on the back of "The Flyer" that we get for free in the mail. It says you can join for $10 a month, no contract, no down payment. I thought it was just stretching the truth a little, you know? Nope. COMPLETE LIE.

When you finally make it down to the gym to check it out, you can't even walk around and look. They slam some liability statement in front of you and make you sign it, along with some intimate questionnaire of your personal life. You also have to sign all your info on some sign in sheet. When they told me all this, I was like, "But I just want to take a look!"
Then some salesman gives you this half ass tour of the gym. I wouldn't even call it a tour. I would call it a quick glance while you're rushed to the high pressure sales room.

Then they sell you the gym membership, and the prices are outrageous! (Like $400 down in addition to monthly payments!) And if you've ever been to a timeshare presentation or something similar with HIGH PRESSURE SALES, you know how it is. But be reassured, if you don't like it, you can get a full refund if you cancel within 3 days! SURE...

It's been 41 days and there is no refund in sight. All of their representatives are rude and disgusting. Here one example of how they treat customers: When I went to cancel the contract (the same evening I joined!), one girl hands me a sheet to fill out. I start filling it out, and the other girl snatches it from beneath my pen, and says, "That's why you don't let them fill it out, because you can't read their handwriting." Then she takes the form I FILLED OUT to join the club and transfers the information.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

PS. They have an unsatisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau.

PROS: Nice looking gym.
CONS: Horrible management. Repulsive customer service.
